Our home is located on a quiet residential street in the hills above downtown Laguna Beach. Short 5-minute drive to downtown, beaches, restaurants and shops. The house is fully equipped with two living areas, an outdoor patio with grill, small backyard, home gym with Peloton, kitchen and separate dining area that is perfect for entertaining. The upstairs living room has ocean views and incredible sunsets and a small patio. The lower living room is equipped with an 85'' TV, game/puzzle table and piano. The dining room connects to an outdoor patio with comfortable lounge seating and grill. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom (King bed) is has an ensuite bathroom and is located on the lower level, another bedroom upstairs (King bed) also has an ensuite bathroom, a 3rd bedroom on the lower level (Queen bed) has a bathroom located just outside in the hallway, and the 4th bedroom is a baby nursery that can easily be converted to a room for kids or used as a 4th bedroom with a blow up mattress. We also have surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs and strollers available if needed.
