I asked for a late check out - they would not let us, I asked for 11 check out as listed. they would not. They did offer to hold our bags and grant access to the property. We will stay here again.“

This unit is a suite with a kitchen in a very, very large property. The unit itself was clean, but the stairwell and elevator areas were used often had trash littered around them. I assumed that it would be like other Marriott resorts, and have multiple restaurants and beautiful grounds to walk on. It only has one restaurant at the pool, but ...

„Incredibly clean and spacious property with tons of daily scheduled activities. Room was very clean and fully stocked kitchen with laundry and four separate beds (king, queen, two couch pull outs) All rooms have partial or full ocean view. Lots of recreational areas, volleyball, playground, arcade, kids center, pool table, ping pong, etc. Convenient shuttle that takes you to beach and shppping center. A short ride to the heart of Laguna. Highly recommend! Great for families or groups.“

„Great rental in Laguna, just north of Laguna Canyon Rd and with a beautiful view of the ocean. Stayed with 2 girlfriends and the place was clean and comfy. Communication with the property manager was terrific. We used a parking spot just behind the garage and one on the street, and it wasn't an issue at all. We'd return!“

„Our first vrbo. Had difficulty getting final instructions by computer since we were in a car and connections were poor. The security requiring key pads on gate and again in front door is inconvenient but I suppose necessary. Was easier to go in and out through garage. Interior is nice. Couldn't operate either TV due to sketchy wifi and the fact that I've never operated a streaming TV. Everything else worked as promised. Pool and hot tub are nice. Showers and fitness room are OK. Good location.“
