„We’ve been renting this unit when we visit the Burbank area. Access is easy. Parking is a breeze. There is a small kitchenette, so we avoid dining out all of the time. Having the private outdoor sitting area is one of the best features. The owner resides in the main house, and is a wonderful guy.“

Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer hat eine Größe von circa 1,80 x 1 m, es passen also nur zwei kleine Kinder drauf.“

„I loved my stay! I stayed for about 3 weeks and the location is great - east walk to downtown and in a very safe area. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe the entire stay. The place was also so clean, comfortable bed and living area. I also used the laundry and had issues with the dryer properly drying but that’s all. I would highly recommend.“
