„Beautiful and cozy place. The staff were all so kind. Nearby, there are restaurants and the Yasaka Shrine. Me and my partner had a wonderful experience staying here for our Honeymoon! Thank you all again!“

„We stayed in Room number one. It was incredible. It was such a wonderful experience to stay in a historic building that had modern amenities and a lot of space. The room decorations and sliding doors were beautiful. The living room overlooks the garden. Everything was clean. It was nice to have the communal food area to grab coffee in the morning and a light meal. Be aware that the room entrance for the room is right next to the lobby. „It was great!“

„Agréable, propre, calme , spacieux et traditionnel. Ma famille a adoré.“

„I didn't expect that it would be a whole house just for myself! The service was splendid, very polite and helpful. The house has everything you need, i.e. all the dishes. The interior is traditional and, very comfortable and nice.“

„I loved how authentic the experience felt and looked, curated by such amazing and sweet souls. “

„The place is too small and cramped up but clean, no towel provided, need to pay extra to use the towel, and it was not indicated that the restroom/ bathroom is shared to the other tenants but it's ok for us since we just stayed 2 days. Walkable restaurants, convenient store, and walkable Shrine nearby. Train station is far so we need to ride taxi.“

„Es war alles sauber Danke schön “

„Positiv: Personal sehr freundlich.

„What an unique experience we had in this Ryokan. I want to thank especially the elder lady who served us. She was so lovely and nice. Big recommendation! “

„Good location, you can walk to Kyoto city within 15 minutes. Bathrooms and common room/kitchen clean, private room (for 2) was small but okay (double bed, small table, a few clothes hanger, air con). Wifi was nearly impossible in basement room. The staff was really nice! We stayed there for 11 nights and don't regret it. :)“
