Es war ein wirklich großes Zimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Einige Dinge ( Bodenfliessen locker, damenumkleide unsauber) könnten verbessert werden

das Bad und der Kleiderschrank waren recht runter gekommen. Im Bad hab es überall dunkle stellen (in der Dusche , der Wanne, an allen Fugen) und Staub, der schon länger nicht beseitigt wurde an den Lampen. Das Service-Personal an der Rezeption hatte wenig Ahnung von den Angeboten ihres Hotels (bspw. spa und Bar) Beim Wäscheservice mussten wir nachhaken wo unsere Wäsche bleibt. Das Hoteileigene Dim-Sum Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Insgesamt kann das Pullmann in Kuching nicht mit einem Pullmann in Europa mithalten.

Lage und Preis/Leistung absolut empfehlenswert. Wenn man über kleine Mängel (gruselige Pooltoiletten, tägliche neue Nachfrage nach zusätzlichem Handtuch und Klopapier, staubiges Zimmer) hinwegsieht kann man den freundlichen Service, ausgezeichnetes Buffet und die fantastische Aussicht genießen.

Zentrale Lage, große Zimmet
Das Hotelzimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, Auch die Reinigung könnte verbessert werden (Haare im Abfluss, Brause an der Wanne defekt, Wand mit Wasserschaden). Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, jedoch bei großen Ansturm völlig überfordert. Leider war der Pool wegen Baumaßnahmen auch nicht nutzbar.

Vielsterniges Hotel mit wenigsterniger Sauberkeit
Das Hotel ist eines der neueren und teuersten in Kuching. Grosszügige Lobby und geräumige Zimmer, grundsätzlich freundliches Personal. Seit der Eröffnung vor gut 3 Jahren wird aber wohl an der Qualität gespart. Das Badezimmer sah nach der vermeintlichen Reinigung fast schmutziger aus als davor: Haare des Putzpersonals an allen Ecken und Enden, ungeputzte Dusche, Duschspiegel und Lavabos, nie gewischte Böden, bloss notdürftig geleerte Aschenbecher. Interventionen blieben faktisch wirkungslos. Schade drum.

Super hotel not expensive
Super stay during 2 nights. Large modern room, Breakfast included for about 220 CHF (total 2 Nights, 2 Persons) Only the free internet access in lounge has complicated login procedure with long passwords etc. My adivise, If free then keep the password simple (like at amny airports etc.) Later we where 2 days in Hilton nearby, but pullman was really better!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants der Stadt Kuching konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen. Unser Zimmer war fantastisch und hatte eine wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Sarawak River. Auch für Kinder ist das Hotel gut geeignet. Gutes Frühstück gibt es und vorallem einen schönen, großen Pool. Sehr gute Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Im Hotel gibt es einen Ausflugsveranstalter, bei dem man alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten Sarawaks direkt buchen kann und auch alles prima funktioniert.

This is a 5 Star Hotel - 5 very small stars
The good thing first - the bed was comfortable and the air con worked Then the bad - No hot water for showering, bathroom sink was blocked at arrival and had to call maintenance, bar fridge had to be deiced and then barely cooled, only 4 lifts for the size of hotel should be at least 6-8 so long waits, car park is really annoying coz they charge you RM5 per day, which is ok if you didn't have to go outside the building to pay the 5RM in an unsafe area - why do they bother charge RM5 instead on making it free parking is beyond me. All in all a hotel very much build on a budget and maintenance is poor.

A great hotel but not with good services
The hotel rooms were not clean with lots of thick dust. Lots of things are missing like small towel, lotion. The kettle and ac control is broken upon checking in. The room wasnt cleaned properly for the subsequent days. Glass was not washed, floor wasnt mopped, towel wasnt given. The conceige service was great. Parking fee was also not explained clearly which created lots of confusion

Good stay at a good location. Only complaint is the smoking stench in the main lobby. They should be more stricter with smokers snoking in a designated area further away so tge ventilation doesnt blow into the lobby.

Good location, service could be improved
The hotel is located close to the Kuching Hilton, and is a short walk uphill from the Waterfront. The property presents itself as an up-market establishment and makes a great impression upon arrival. However once inside, one is slightly underwhelmed. Parking is shared with the shopping center downstairs and is not complementary. The air conditioning in the room did not cool fully despite adjusting the controls. The TV stations offered did not match what was printed in the list in the room. Sometimes it was difficult to get towels at the swimming pool. Also housekeeping sometimes missed replenishing the in-room amenities. Most disappointing was neither the front desk nor housekeeping answered when telephoned from the room. Overall, it just missed on making itself the premier destination in town.
