„The house owner, Jane, was fantastic. She helped us a lot and even let us stay longer as stated. Breakfast was delicious. The best accomodation we had in Kenya“

„Friendly staff, clean property“

„excellent dinner“

„Good place to stay and safe“

„Swahili House is a beautiful property, well maintained and with the most helpful staff, Rose and Amos. The property is right next to Malaika Restaurant that has amazing sea food and if you walk down the road there is a local restaurant that sells delicious Swahili food. The only area for improvement is the shower - the water pressure is very low. Otherwise this is an excellent property for solo travelers or a couple. Will definitely be coming back!“

„The property needs maintenance as some of the fixtures are broken or falling apart. The electrical equipment also need upgrading. The kettle in the room was boilingthe water but was not automatically switching off. That can be dangerous, fire hazard.“

„Bra sted og ømråde. God møbler og ansatte.“

„There was no toilet Seat, you couldnt close the window so the room was Full of dirt from the construction site next to the Hotel “

„Alojamento mt bom.voltaria de novo“

„The atmosphere was nice. The staff very friendly. The room was warm without aircon. Other than that its a nice stay. Breakfast was lovely overlooking to the ocean. “

„Great for UN employees needing a good place to stay for a short period. Very safe neighborhood and very friendly staff.“

„Good place to stay at for a layover. Cheap, spacious rooms, and they provide breakfast. Place is hard to find and it would help if they had a sign thay said "El Sueno Homestay" outside the Main Gate instead of our driver wondering if this is the place, calling the lady, then her coming outside. The place is pn Muthiaga Lane (Its a Blue sign) and leads all the way to the end on the left. The locals helped us find it. But yes, def good place to stay for a night while you transition to your next ...
