The Hotel had a lot of noises because of the complexe air conditions. I must change the room as the walls are shaking from the vibration. The only advantage was that it is closed to the airport.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gemütliche Betten das Essen ist gut und vielfältig habe mir aber trotzdem einen Durchfall zugezogen. Die Aufmerksamkeit des PersonalsSicherheit im and am Hotel ist sehr gut mehrfache Kontrollen und Wachpersonal. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel.

Empfehlenswert für kurze Geschäftsreisen
Die relative Nähe zum Flughafen ist günstig. Allerdings ist man wegen der Sicherheitslage in Karachi dann auf das Hotel-Gelände beschränkt. Bietet aber mit den Restaurants, Pool, SPA gute Möglichkeiten, dem Alltag für paar Stunden zu entfliehen, auch wenn mache Ecke schon bessere Zeiten erlebt hat. Das Internet funktionierte nicht und ab und zu war kein warmes Wasser da. Für kurze dienstliche Reisen gerne wieder.

Das gute am Hotel ist die Nähe zum Flughafen.
Die Kellner sind nicht wirklich aufmerksam. Die Zimmer werden nicht gründlich geputzt. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist alt, zum großen teil Ok. Im Bad schwank der Wasserdruck und die Wassertemperatur. Das Internet läst sich das Hotel gut bezahlen.

Very bad staff attitude
One of the worst experiences I have ever seen. The reception staff is very rude and unprofessional. One of the room service entered my room at night while I was out and took the iron without my permission and the receptionist did nothing regarding this issue even though they don't have a complaint form to fill they just gave me a white paper to write my complain.

Amazing service for 1+ month stay!!
My stay was extended unexpectadely for more than a month, but the hotel staff and management made it really a comfortable stay for me. They immediately upgraded by stay to the Executive floor that included an amazing all-day executive lounge. Staff of all departments from front desk to cleaners, to the security and restaurant staff gave me amazing serivce, repect and company. They were all very accomodating of my demands, I specifically want to give a shout to Adeel in front desk, Irfan in the restaurant, Jibran and Kashan in executive lounge and lastly but not the least very hardworker Umer on Pool side BBQ and his manager Mr Samson who never said no to my late night dining demands!! Indeed it was a very memorable stay and anytime i would be in Karachi city, it will be my stay!!

Third clas servic room too much dirty ..washrm dirty there is no iron if u cal fr iron u have to wait for long time and they say there is only one iron in hotel ..meal taste is v bad ..unhygienic smelly..they was hair in dinner buffet..the hostel staf ignores everything u r facing r complaining during your stay in hotel …room service is v poor ..tea kettles and cups r soo dirty ..they looting visitors without providing standard service..I checked out one duty before due to this frustrating service

Terrible customer service and dishonest group of individuals. Claimed my reservation didn't exist and wanted me to pay the difference. Charged 150$ for taking photos around the area with our photographer for our wedding. Demanded cash when reservations were already done online. I carried no cash except for my MasterCard, their worker called me to confirm my stay and photoshoot were all included. Only afterwards the shoot was done they demanded cash only for onsite photography. Terrible experience, turned our wedding night into a nightmare.

Pros: The only pros were that the staff at breakfast were professional and courteous and made sure to attend to needs and the taxi driver from the airport was also courteous. Cons: Everything else. 1. Room filled with mosquitos. Unclean. Super small. Not worth $100 by ANY stretch of the imagination. This hotel is not worth the name brand AT ALL. Every guest here seemed to be pissed off - rightly. I guess we all booked online expecting a 5 star hotel, but this hotel barely deserves a 1 star. 2. Extremely unprofessional front desk. Extremely rude and have not been taught the meaning of customer service. At check out, they did not even say "thank you" or "hope your stay was pleasant." It looked like we were at some kind of prison camp and disturbing them by even being there. Just don't go here. Weird vibes, unclean unsanitary environment. Even the glasses kept in the room had fingerprints. Everything was simply gross. To conclude, you'll regret booking there.

Standard airport hotel
It's a pretty standard airport hotel. Things work relatively well but nothing is outstanding. Their airport transit is horribly overpriced for what it is, but it is within walking distance of the airport (2.5kms). Rooms and beds are comfortable enough, but there are some downsides - e.g. the water pressure in my shower was not great and there was a stain on my blanket.

stay was bad, Room is in ground floor , once you open the door looks like you are in the street and room is full of mosquito , requested to change the room but the response we are fully booked sorry. and ofcourse you can't open the curtain of the window otherwise you will not have any privacy , so no day light at all.

Brief but all in all a good stay.
From start to finish from the pick up to the airport to lobby service and back to the airport was great. The hotel was informed of my early arrival and early departure. While there was a little wait to check in they accommodated me and offered me access to breakfast too. The rooms and the hotel does need to be updated in decor and furnishings it's looking tired, but it's clean and tidy and i felt security safe too.
