„My group and I were looking for a place to accommodate 22 people which can be quite hard to do. We spoke with Joe about the extra guests we would have and he was super accommodating about it! Noting also that this place is HUGE. With a group our size, there were plenty of extra beds that could be set up! The amenities were even bigger in person! The view all throughout the day from the balcony was amazing and the golfcart they provided was great, it came with a stereo system so we were able to enjoy our trip around the island to the fullest.“

We loved the kitchen, dining and living room area for family fun in the evenings. The 3-4 minute drive to Universal made a long day much more tolerable since we were there and back home in literally no time flat, even in rush hour. „The house is in Kenwood, which was a perfect location for our group (4 couples), as we spent time in Healdsburg down to the town of Sonoma - so great central location. The house itself has 4 bedrooms , each with its own bathroom. Beautiful yard for outdoor events . Heated pool, etc. House really has it all. Would love to get back sooner than later.“

„From the moment we pulled in, we were in awe. The property is private and gorgeous. There are ocean views from everywhere- the yard, the decks, the hottub, many rooms in the house. The back trail to the beach is super convenient. We walked into town along the main road which is a little uncomfortable but not bad. The Dipsea trail is so close that we went for a nice hike without even intending to. Stinson is a special place and this property elevates the magic in an big way.“
