Very Comfy Stay at the Kozy Kottage
The stay in Jupiter at the Kozy Kottage was great - very relaxing, comfortable and pleasant. I stayed with my dogs, and they very much enjoyed the small yard and the ability to be out of their harnesses for a few days. The cottage, while not exactly a 'cottage' as it was a section of the host's home, was very private and pleasant. The bed was comfy, the water was hot, the house felt very homey. Sandy, the host, was delightful, and if a need arose was super responsive. The location was great for me, too, close to friends, and minutes away from great restaurants and beaches. And I loved the little porch for breakfasts! Overall, a very pleasant stay and I'd gladly stay again.

Sandy provided some bicycles for us to use. They were perfect for getting around the local area. Plenty of sidewalks and bike trails to use. Although I felt perfectly safe here, a small room safe would have been nice.

A slice of paradise!
This cottage is fantastic! It feels like you’re visiting family—fully stocked cupboards and amenities like coffee, cooking, and laundry supplies—it’s compact but filled with colorful beach decor and an awesome king bed. This visit with my two dogs (a puggle and a beagle) was my fourth year staying here! And the icing on the cake is your hostess/host Sandy and John. They are incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. Even though the cottage is across the breezeway from their house, it feels 100% private with your own driveway too. The location is ideal as you are close to the Cinquez dog park (huge!), the beach, and many shops and restaurants. You can find it all here in the Cozy Cottage!

REALLY Enjoyed Our Stay!
While cozy, this guest home is very clean and very comfortable. Host goes out of her way to make certain you have everything you need. This is also a great location for visiting our favorite spots in and around Jupiter. We wouldn’t be back if we didn’t love it. We are booked to return November 2024.

Very Kozy Kottage
This was one of our all-time favorite VRBO's. Great location and town. There were many things to do in Jupiter and tons of great eating places. The host and hostess were very personable, and attentive to our needs. The cottage was comfortable, especially the king-sized bed. Well-stocked with everything you could possibly ever need, and very well-decorated with a beachy feel.

AMAZING HOST
The Kozy Kottage was perfect size for us and our fur babies! It couldn't have been in a better location with the dog park, beach, our favorite places to eat, family and the gym. On top of all that Sandy and John were amazing hosts. They made us feel completely comfortable and like we were part of the family.

Birthday getaway.
We had a wonderful time at the Kozy Kottage. Sandy and John make everything very special for your arrival and stay. We brought our dog Dexter and he was made to feel welcome as well. There is so much to see and do in Jupiter with many great restaurants and bars on or off the water. We went to the dog beach and let Dexter explore and make new friends. We also checked out Jupiter donuts, the Stand up bar, Dune dogs, the Dive Bar and went to the Blowing Rocks Preserve. I would definitely come back and stay at the kottage next chance we get.

Peaceful & Comfortable.
Perfect place for myself and my husband.to stay. Located in a quiet community. Sandy & John are super hosts and it shows in the Kottage. So many amenities. The new king bed is very comfortable. The Kozy Kottage is simply charming. The hosts made themselves available and were not at all intrusive. They thought of everything in terms of little touches like a welcome basket, supplying amenities like toiletries and beach chairs, and providing tons of local activity and dining recommendations, things you'd expect in a hotel but not necessarily an individual accommodation. The property is conveniently located yet private enough to feel like a getaway. The guest book is filled with other guest's rave reviews and plans to return and we hope to join that crowd in the not too distant future.

Sweet little home away from home
We loved staying here! Our host Sandy was so friendly and accommodating. She gave us the perfect amount of welcoming/availability without being overbearing or sacrificing our privacy - we truly felt taken care of like an old friend and knew she'd be there if we needed anything. It was a delight that she took the time to personalize the space for us, even providing a basket of books, puzzles, and toys for our 2 year old to revel in. I wish we could've stayed longer than just a few nights! There is a plethora of great experiences only minutes away. We enjoyed seeing rescued turtles at Loggerhead Marine Life Center, watching the sunrise at Coral Cove beach, and eating local fare like Jupiter Donuts. The cottage was well stocked with so many useful things ranging from beach and picnic gear to board games as well as emergency toiletries like aloe vera or bandaids... things you miss out on when staying at a sterile hotel or corporately managed rental. Also the bed was sooooo comfy! I would recommend this stay to any friends or family and would stay again if we come back to the area in the future.

Amazing Kottage
My husband and I stayed for four nights with our little Yorkies and didn’t want to leave. The home is immaculate and everything you need is is provided from shower towels to beach towels and lunch coolers. The backyard is a hidden gem. It has two sitting areas that are perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail and follow up with a nap on the hammock. You are minutes to beaches and restaurants and a list is provided on where to go. We can’t wait to go back and are already planning a stay this fall. Sandra and John are amazing hosts and available for any need or suggestion you may have.

Hidden Gem in Jupiter!
I have stayed in this darling cottage two years in a row and have booked it again for next January! Through all my years of traveling, I’ve found this property and host to be the BEST ever! Sandy and John are very attentive and generous people who share their cottage (and homemade treats!) yet give you privacy at the same time. I appreciate the extra condiments and dry goods in the fridge and cabinets, the comfy pillow top bed, the instant hot water for the sink and shower (!) and the desirable location between the beach and the dog park. Cinquez dog park is a MUST if you’re traveling with dogs—and the off leash Juno Beach is a godsend too! I’m grateful for finding this cozy spot and can’t recommend it highly enough for your stay in Jupiter. ❤️ 🌟

Wonderful Hosts and Cottage
The hosts were very accommodating and Sanadra was responsive and flexible. My parents were flying down for their 49th wedding anniversary and their Southwest flight was canceled - they ending up postponing their arrival a week later. Sandra was kind enough to let my parents join us at her cottage and welcomed us with signs and cheesecake to celebrate their anniversary.

Kozy Kottage lived up to it's name. My son and I had a fabulous time. The cottage was close to restaurants and beach. We had everything we needed for our stay. The Kozy Kottage....What A Great Place
Sandy was a gracious hostess, friendly, gave very quick responses to our questions or need for information about the area, and always available. The Kozy Kottage is warm, inviting, immaculately clean, has a very comfortable bed, and, yes, it is indeed cozy. It had everything we needed, and the welcome basket with snacks and water made us feel.......welcome. It is located close to both the turnpike and I95 as well as a couple of miles from the beach and close to Jupiter's lighthouse. Our dog loved the Kottage, vacationing with us, and we all loved the dog beach. All of the dogs were well behaved and the dog owners were friendly. We can't say enough good things about Sandy and her Kozy Kottage. When we visit Jupiter again, we will stay at no other. Thanks for a wonderful get away!!!

The Perfect Location
The property was decorated like a cottage on the beach - fun! Since I was from the area location was important for visiting friends and certain destinations. Close to all the restaurants that I like, the beaches I wanted to visit and the friends that I wanted to see. I loved the ocean beach sound machine and never turned it off my whole stay. The quiche for breakfast each morning was so nice to get me off to a good start along with the mandarin oranges. Loved the bathroom - size, items available for use, towels - just everything! I really appreciated getting to meet the home owner at the begining of my stay so I knew who she was in case I needed her help.

Perfect Location!!!
I have been using VRBO for over 10 years. I consider myself to be a very analytical person, especially with the masses of properties for rent in Florida. That being said, the Kozy Kottage exceeded all of my expectations. It started with communication with the owner, Sandy. Simple and warm. Sandy made pre arrival seamless along with check in and directions to the private drive. Upon entering the property you are met and assured with a clean fresh scent knowing the property has been clean. The decor was amazing and flowed with the effect of the property. I have never felt so warm and welcome at any other property as I did with this one. Labeling of light switches and where to find things was also helpful. As for location, I went for a jog several times in a week and the location was very peaceful and quiet. As far as driving, it seemed like everything was 10 min or less away, even activities along with restaurants so no complaints there either. We would DEFINITELY stay at this property again and look forward to returning to Jupiter, FL! Dave M.

Getaway with our furbabies
Communication was great, very prompt. The location was so close to everything. We were in town for a concert but wanted to be close to a dog beach. Juno beach was so clean & convenient, and there was also a fantastic dog park just down the road that Sandra told us about. We're so glad she did, our puppies got to play with about 6 other doodles 💜 Outstanding breakfast Nook just down the road, and plenty of dinner options within minutes! Now the most important part... this house was so clean! All bedding and towels were white, which I love! No grit when walking in our barefoot! There was a broom and dustpan so we could sweep up what the puppies carried in. There was a plethora of items to choose from if we forgot something, and a washer and dryer. She's really thought of everything!! It was much more spacious than we anticipated, with a great little patio to enjoy our coffee on! The personal touches were greatly appreciated as well... A note on the fridge welcoming us and our 2 dogs, as well as a personal sign on the dresser. She also left a little gift basket with snacks and bottles of water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Kozy Kottage!

Such a cute cottage in a terrific location with a five star host!
GREAT place with the most attentive, caring, fun and generous hosts! My dogs and I had the best time escaping the cold mid-Atlantic winter this month…we went to the beach and/or Cinquez dog park every day…and came back to our charming place with all the amenities you could ever want in a cottage! Sandy even brought over treats during my stay and welcomed me like family. She is a very special lady! And her husband John went out of his way to build a taller fence/barrier to keep my exuberant puggle from climbing into the main house yard. I’ve already booked my return visit next January and can’t wait to be back in the Kozy Kottage. I am very grateful I found this little gem in Jupiter.

While visiting a nearby relative I chose the Kozy Kottage and loved it. The place is beach oriented with its decor. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Driveway to park the car. Small porch to sit out on and enjoy the fresh air. Loved it! Will stay again on my next trip to Jupiter.

Great Kozy Kottage
We really enjoyed our little “get away” place and it was very convenient to the beach area and our son’s wedding venue. Hosts were so welcoming and all we needed was there at the apartment. Recommend highly.

Very Kozy Place
All good with property. Cannot tell from listing for separate property, it is across the hall from main residence. So you see owner and family while entering and exiting. Only slight negative is across the street neighborhood and no sidewalk. In residential part. Drive to beach VERY easy. Amble eats nearby. Hosts went out of their way to make everything good. Cottage is very clean. A/C perfect. Beach chairs / towels / coolers for use! Would stay again!!

Little Piece of Paradise
Sandy and John were the perfect hosts and the cottage was delightful! The location was perfect. We were close to Jupiter beaches, restaurants, shopping, and numerous activities while still enjoying a quiet and peaceful setting. We could jump on our bicycles and explore the neighborhood or sit on the patio and just relax. We had everything we needed right there on the property and Sandy would check frequently to inquire if there was anything else they could do for us. The cottage and the property were beautifully maintained. We would recommend the Kozy Kottage to anyone wanted to get away but still enjoy all the amenities of Jupiter Florida. We definitely hope to return.
