„Hotel was great, but took 45 min to check in and the staff wasnt very "friendly". Some issues with card keys needing to be reactivated alot. Room didnt match the pictures on the website. They are renovating i think so i gave them some grace on that. Tons of places in walking distance. Breakfast was very basic. Id definitely stay again we felt for the price it was great.“

„Super Hotel!! Nicht nur sind die Zimmer sehr groß, sie haben auch eine kleine Küche und einen "Wohnbereich". Das Bad ist wirklich super (was man nicht immer erwarten kann in USA) und die Lage zum Outlet Center war ein Traum (über den Parkplatz und man war da). Der Service war erstklassig und das Frühstück wirklich gut. Kaffee gab es 24/7 und rauchen durfte man überall draußen (auch auf der hübschen Terrasse). Sehr empfehlenswert.“

„Overall stay was great. The only downside was the road construction. The popcorn cieling in the bathroom was falling down. But overall it was nice. The hot tub is small along with the pool but the kids still enjoyed it. We would definitely stay again. Plus the rate was a great price. “

„Overall a very pleasant stay! Hotel is very modern and clean, staff is very friendly. The location next to Mall of America and airport is great! Of course it gets noisy from time to time due to aircrafts starting and landing, but you can't stay next to an airport and expect total quietness.
Downside: We were surprised to learn that breakfast (was included in our booking) is limited to one beverage and meal per person - everything else needs to be paid extra. The quality of the food was amazing ...

Da das Hotel nicht auf meine Email-Anfragen bezüglich Shuttle vom Airport zum Hotel geantwortet hat, habe ich mir für ca. 30US$ ein Taxi genommen. Checkin war schnell erledigt, es gab 2 Flaschen Wasser dazu. Obst war in der Lobby verfügbar, das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Tagsüber fährt immer zur vollen Stunde ein Shuttle zum Airport“
