„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

Pool so cold my kid’s lips turned blue within a few minutes; luke warm hot tub (several other guests also commented on how cold it was); scum was floating on the top of the bubbles when the hot tub jets came on and the jets blew in cold water; found a wad of hair on the floor in our room; a huge crack around the poorly-fitting door let bright hallway light in (had to put a rolled towel on the floor along the bottom crack but couldn’t block the vertical edge); asked for ...

„The photos really didn't do this hotel justice - it's very attractive and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well-decorated and spacious, and the communal spaces were very nice. We were able to park right out front on the street and walk to many dinner and entertainment options. Be aware that not all rooms have windows, so if that's important to you, be sure to verify before reserving your room. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!“

„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog ...

„Front desk was friendly, I love the mobile key. Room was clean yet dated. Only complaint was breakfast. What a letdown. Huge area for waffles with signs but the lady said “I got tired of hearing people complain about them sticking because the Teflon had worn off so I got rid of them”. We stayed the next 4 nights right next door at the Fairfield. It was $3 more a night with a giant breakfast selection. I was so glad we switched. I also did not like the amount of people who were hanging out ...
