„Very nice location. This unit is on the 17h floor of the Park Royal hotel. The view is fantastic from the windows and deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It has a new kitchen and appliances. The Park Royal Hotel is an older building with overworked elevators. The hot water was often not hot or was off but was corrected during our stay.
