The house has two bedrooms with king size beds, and a loft with two twin beds. It also has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. There is also room for a boat trailer in the driveway. Renters will not have access to the garage area.

Located on the deep water canal known as Otter Creek, it is only five minutes direct boat access to the clear Homosassa River and twenty minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. See the manatees and dolphins or just enjoy the fishing and boating in this tranquil area of Florida. Enjoy regular visits from the manatee from the dock in all the surrounding waterways.
Perfect for avid fishermen, enjoy casting your line right off the dock! Once your catch of the day has been caught, clean up on the dockside cleaning station.The dock also comes equipped with a 6,000 Ib boat lift.
