Perfekter Urlaub
Wir waren als Familie 4 Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Strand ist direkt gegenüber. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, wirklich alles da was man braucht. Auch für den Strand ist alles da inkl ein Trolley um alles zu transportieren. Die Kommunikation und Check in hat super geklappt. Sehr nett! Würden wieder in dieses Haus kommen!

Eine tolle Woche auf Anna-Maria-Island
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf AMI. Das Haus war sehr sauber (besonders die Küche) und ordentlich eingerichtet. es gab in der Anlage einen schönen Pool und in zwei Minuten Fußweg waren wir am Beach. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Schöne und sehr gut ausgestatte Wohnung in exzellenter Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen Anlage mit insgesamt 8 Einheiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir haben uns auch an der möblierten Terrasse, an dem Gemeinschaftspool und an den Strandutensilien erfreut. Der Strand ist nur 50 Meter von der Anlage entfernt und die Lage ist absolut zu empfehlen. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder!!! Danke Anna für den freundlichen Kontakt und den reibungslosen Ablauf!

Sehr schöne gut gelegene Wohnung. Großzügig und sauber.
Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung- zum schönen Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wären fussläufig zu erreichen. Alles was man braucht ist in der Wohnung inkl. Gemeinschaftswaschmaschiene und Trockner gegen Gebühr. Für den Strand sind ebenfalls alle wichtigen Dinge vor Ort: Sonnenschirme, Strandstühle, Sandspielzeug,... Wir können nur Gutes berichten und kommen sicher wieder auf diese schöne Insel. Very well located apartment - to the beach are only a few metres. Also shops are in walking distance. Everything you need is in the home- including washing machine and dryer for an additional fee. All important things Str on the spot also for the beach: beach umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys,... We can report only good and come again on this beautiful island.

Ideale Lage für tollen Urlaub auf AMI
Wir hatten Apartment Nr. 08 gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war hervorragend, alle Fragen wurden schnell und gut beantwortet. Unser Apartment war das letzte vor dem Pool auf der rechten Seite. Es ist gemütlich und modern ausgestattet, die Küche ist relativ neu. Einzig auf die Teppiche (wahrscheinlich, um Ausrutschen auf sandigem Boden zu vermeiden) hätten wir verzichten können. Das Badezimmer hat leider kein Fenster aber eine wirklich gute Lüftung. Das Bett im Master Bedroom war uns zu weich aber da empfindet ja jeder anders. Im 2. Schlafzimmer stehen 2 Einzelbetten. Mit max. 2 kleinen Kindern ist das Apartment zu empfehlen, da sonst ein weiteres Bad fehlt. Die Handtücher waren toll und z. T. neu. Für den Strand ist alles da, auf der kleinen Terrasse steht ein großer Gas BBQ. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Nur über die Straße liegt der Strand und dieser Teil gehört zum weniger belebtem Strandbereich, also ideal. Ein Parkplatz steht vor der Tür zur Verfügung und Geschäfte sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Für 2 Personen also optimal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Anna's place was outstanding in amenities and location. The unit has everything you need. We even cooked out on the grill and enjoyed the pool area. As always, we appreciated access to the beach area being so near and also shopping and restaurants. You won't go wrong by booking this beautiful unit.

Our Favorite Island Getaway
This was our family's 3rd time spending the Christmas holiday at Sea Pirate #8 on AMI. We were not disappointed! The cozy cottage has everything we needed to feel at home. It is great to have beach access right across the street and be able to walk to Publix, shopping, and restaurants. Only a few other visitors were in the other units so our stay felt very quiet and private, which was nice. We will definitely be making plans to return in 2024!

This was our families third time renting this place and it never disappoints. It has truly become like a home away from home. The owner is super friendly and communicates very well with us. The home is equipped with everything we need for a great week at the beach. We literally get our groceries and everything else is provided. The house is usually clean and well stocked with all the necessities and even a few extras. I would definitely recommend renting this rental if you are looking for affordable with great access to the beach and area shops and restaurants, but then again it might not be available for my family and I to rent.

A cozy sea cottage for a quiet island escape!
We love staying at Sea Pirate #8! This is our fourth time at this property and it has become a little home away from home for us. We love quiet it is while still being close to the beach, restaurants, shopping. We will be coming back to our happy place this December! Perfection!
This condo is in the perfect location! Right across the street from beach access. A pool that has great sun and shade spots to enjoy. Quick walk to the shopping plaza that includes restaurants, ice cream, gift shops, Publix, etc… Communication with the owner was easy and directions for check in and check out were simple. Excellent Family Vacation
The location of this property is PERFECT! Across the street from a public access beach entry with parking for friends you want to meet up with and just around the corner from a strip mall with everything you might need. And yet when you enter the condo lot, you suddenly feel transported to a cozy private location. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would want to cook and feed a family. We couldn't be happier and are talking about a return trip as soon as we can.

It could of been a little cleaner. I had to move the dresser cause I dropped an earring and it went under there and it was pretty dirty under there. Over all we enjoyed it. Anna was very good with us when I called about the dryer problem.

Excellent Stay!
This property was absolutely perfect (& semi-affordable) for us! Just the right amount of space for us and our 3 kiddos (4, 6, & 8). Beach is literally across the street and it’s not too busy right there. An owl lives in the tree across the street so that was fun too :) Place was clean, tidy, and had all of the extras, even ziploc bags! We would stay here again in a heartbeat, I gave this place a 5, because it was! The only negative, which is not Anna’s fault at all, is that the pool only heats when temperature in the air is above 48° and it dropped below that the night before we arrived and then it took 3 days for the pool to heat up…which was super frustrating! I say that just as a heads up, Otherwise, fabulous stay!!!! Close to everything :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Island. We like to explore, so we enjoyed being more in the middle of the island, as opposed to the tip. The property was very quiet and we LOVED how close our walk to the beach was!! This was our first time in a VRBO, so we were new to the procedures. I got confused where our code was to access the property, so that took a while at check-in (was in an email from a while before). Additionally, some info was not accurate in the binder they had. We went to 2 restaurants they had listed and both were closed (learned upon arrival). Also, the wifi password was conflicting in email vs binder. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we really really enjoyed our time. Would recommend to family and friends.

Absolute Gem of a property and location!
We were visiting from the U.K. for the first time and found this property through other favourable reviews. We are so glad we did. The property was absolutely fantastic. Located across the road from a fabulous beach, Sea Pirates 8 served our family’s every need. Never have we stayed in accommodation where everything was provided both within the property and for days at the beach such as the chairs,umbrella, kids buckets and spades and beach towels, all easily transported on the beach caddy. The swimming pool was also a nice way to finish off the late afternoon before a BBQ on the patio. The owner Anna was fantastic from initial contact through to check out. Anna Maria is simply paradise. Highlights included using the free shuttle to get around the Island including a visit to the Pier where a local fisherman let our kids pull in his fish, to finishing off the evening watching the sun-set at Bean Point Beach for those unforgettable and stunning photo opportunities. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your property. We are already planning to return to the Island in 2024 where we can hopefully book Sea Pirate 8 again.

What a cute beach rental. The place was very clean and beds were comfortable. Anna is a wonderful host. The air conditioning system shut down, I called Anna to let her know, and a repairman was there in about 10 minutes. This place is convenient to Publix, Walgreens and the trolley., and a strip mall of different stores. Definitely a winner of a rental. Communication with Anna was flawless and easy. She was always available for questions !

We loved staying here! The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. We picked up groceries at the beginning of the week at the store down the road and we were set! Loved the one minute walk to the beach... so convenient! We would love to go back!
