„stay was great and location was amazing - the road that the house is in is extremely wide. great distance to all parts of LA, if you have a car. was hoping the fireplace worked but it is currently being fixed. backyard was a great amenity for grilling and hanging out. the washer/dryer seems a bit outdated and didn't wash our laundry loads too well (had to run the cycle twice). otherwise, an amazing stay and definitely recommend.“

"Perfect Airport Stopover with Great Amenities! We stayed at the Holiday Inn Los Angeles - LAX Airport during a stopover on our way from Hawaii back to Europe, and it was absolutely perfect for this purpose. We had a highly pleasant stay and would gladly return. Convenient Airport Access The location is incredibly convenient for travelers, being only about an 8-minute drive from the airport. The hotel offers a free complimentary shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes between the airport and the hotel, which made our transit completely stress-free. Friendly Staff & Good Amenities From the moment we arrived, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The lobby area is well-equipped with: * A cozy bar serving smaller meals and drinks. * A small convenience shop right next to the reception, which is great for picking up snacks and quick essentials. Surprisingly Good Breakfast We had breakfast at the hotel, and it was very good, especially by American standards! The selection included scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, and toast, among other options. It is definitely enough to get you full and fueled for the day. 💡 **Note for future guests:** If breakfast is not included in your room rate, it costs an additional $24.95 USD. Overall, it was a very comfortable and smooth stopover experience. We will definitely come back next time we transit through LAX! "

"Everything was perfect, there was a congress/conference so the hotel was really full and our neighbors were super loud. We called the reception and they offered immediately to call security. That was a bit too much so they just called and the room and then they were more quiet."

"Der Shuttle Bus vom Hotel zum Flughafen (weshalb ich dieses Hotel überhaupt gebucht hatte) hat mich zuerst übersehen und stehen gelassen, da er an der vorgesehenen Haltestelle nicht einmal anhielt, so dass ich weitere 20 Minuten warten musste. Für einen "Early Checkin" (um 10 Uhr morgens) wurde 75 Dollar verlangt. Das Hotel hat schließlich den Zimmerpreis, den ich über Expedia bereits bezahlt hatte, noch einmal abgebucht und reagierte auf meine nachträgliche Reklamation überhaupt nicht. Das Zimmer war ok, aber eher unter Sheraton-Standard. Die Lage ist nicht besonders gut; einziger Vorteil ist die Nähe zu LAX. Dadurch war aber auch der Fluglärm, den man auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern hörte, ziemlich laut. "
