„Great place. It was even better than we expected!“

„Our room was clean and spacious. Finding it was a challenge for the local cab driver. The breakfast was just breads but I enjoyed the mugwort rolls! I’d recommend that they add a washer/dryer to some rooms. Also, the sleeping clothes were a little worn. Mine was missing an important button. The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone.“

„Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Der Service war hervorragend! “

„Big room but less space for clothes or work on desk / table ( e.g. laptop). Breakfast they offer three styles, japanese, pancake, western, but are flexibel, that's good. Breakfast Service people not good organized. Overall optical is exzellent but details not good organized“

„The bed was uncomfortable und made a noise with every movement. You hear every foot step from the room above yours and all the conversations in your floor. The bathroom had black mold in the slot of the bathtub and on the drain of the sink. Room Service ist only every three days and the Hotel doesn't offer luggage transportation to other Hotels. We wouldn't book it again and therefore can not recommend it to others. “
