„Location was great. Within walking distance of most things. Kitchen was equipped well. Room was not clean hair in tub items left by previous person under bed and and sofa. Bed was good. Air conditioning sounded like we were on the tarmac. The checkin process wasn’t smooth are flight was delayed and the instructions were incorrect the door handle has not been reset to my phone number so we had to call Tropical Escapes for help. „The location would be 5 stars. However, the room was small and the furniture was outdated. The kitchenette was adequate for making coffee and using microwave. The view was very nice and only a 6-7 minute walk to the beach. There was a dead roach on bathroom floor when we arrived and the mattress was not comfortable. If the room was updated and had a new mattress, it would have been 5 stars. The free parking was a perk as parking in the city is very expensive. Overall, for the money, it wasn't a ...

„The views of Diamond Head and the ocean were amazing, we have stayed at the Banyan numerous times and this by far has the best views being an end unit with windows on 2 sides.The amenities of the unit were perfect along with the beach chairs & umbrella. The check-in was so easy by gaining directly to the unit and using the keypad.Thank you so much“

„Great little condo, especially if youre not going to be in the room much. Everything you need to get settled is basically provided. Condo was nicely furnished. Rooftop pool and hottub is awesome. Would stay there again. “
