„The front desk staff and valet staff were very informative and friendly. The restaurant, Dott Boss, offers incredible meals. In fact, I will definitely have to come back just for the banana bread French toast! The staff in the restaurant truly were so lovely. The brown sugar lattes will forever live rent free in my head. The proximity to the KC Streetcar is a real boon as well!“

„In town for a concert - great walking distance to the T Mobile Center - super cute little dive bar around the corner. Not super impressed with the bartender at the hotel - we sat there for over 30 minutes and she waited on everyone but us. hotel was clean and rest of staff was super friendly“

„The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. “

Allerdings bin ich der Meinung, wenn ein Hotelzimmer ohne Fenster und Tageslicht vermietet wird, sollte darauf in der Beschreibung hingewiesen werden. Ich empfand es als großen Nachteil. Außerdem könnte es nicht schaden, dem Gast wenigstens eine kleine Flasche Wasser bereitzustellen. Das ist bei den meisten, deutlich günstigeren, Hotels und Motels Teil des Services. “
