Toller Service
Super Hotel in Hanois Altstadt - mitten im Trubel aber drinnen doch sehr ruhig. Spa fand ich sehr gut, bis 12 Uhr gibt es tolle Angebote. Herausragender persönlicher Service des gesamten Teams hat uns sehr beeindruckt - wir würden dieses Hotel oder das Schwesterhotel mit der tollen Dachterrasse (Twilight) jederzeit gerne wieder buchen!

Very good 4* boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi
In overall I liked this hotel very much. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They book reliable taxis. The breakfasts were excellent (incl. Asian & European styles). Be aware that some rooms have no windows, so air renewal may be less efficient (remark pointed out by my friends). In some rooms the air ventilation appears a bid loud. The hotel restaurant is excellent, however the portions are quite small :-)

Schickes Hotel, zentral gelegen
Ich blieb nur für eine 1 Nacht, weil an anderes Hotel meine Reservierung verschlafen hatte. Daher bin ich spontan ins La Siesta gegangen. Zimmer sauber, ohne Fenster, aber nicht ungewöhnlich für Hanoi. Ganz tolles Personal! Man bekommt bei Ankunft einen frischen Obststalat und ein Getränk, alle sind wirklich sehr freundlich, helfen bei jeder Angelegenheit! Frühstück mit großer Auswahl (sogar Sushi, oder ähnliches!) und selbstgemachtem Joghurt...ein Traum.

Exceptional service. First we received tea and then we were brought to our room. Very clean and nice bathroom. Free fruit, tea, water. Very helpful staff. Amazing breakfast with a lot of choice. Great location. Of course this is a more expensive hotel than the typical backpackers but it's worth it. When we checked out they told us that when we come back to pick up our backpacks we can get a room to quickly take a shower before our flight, no extra charges.

Very nice breakfast, you can order pho as well. Good location to see the night market and old quarter. Excellent skyline bar. The ac leaks for my first night and staff came right away and fixed it. Overall great hotel in this location

ホテルを決める際 色々口コミを見ましたが、 対応がとても素晴らしい、朝食が美味しい 又滞在したいホテルだと 高評価だったのが納得出来ました。 空港へ送迎を頼みましたが、プラカードの苗字が違っていたアクシデントは少しありましたが… 担当のHangさんが、とても親切丁寧に対応して下さり、ホテル内のSPAについての確認や、 夕食の予約等 LINEでの迅速な対応にとても感謝しています。 私達はあいにく英語がわからず 翻訳しながらのコミュニケーションでした。 日本語が話せるスタッフがいるともっと安心感が増すと思います。 場所は旧市街の中心部にあり、とても便利でした。 ショッピングや食事など夜まで楽しめました。 朝食はどれも美味しく、特にヨーグルトはお気に入りです。 最終日早朝のフライトでしたが、朝食BOXを用意して頂き感激しました。 とても宿泊者目線で考えられているので、 次回ハノイに来る時も 又こちらに滞在したいと思える程満足度が高く 素晴らしいホテルでした。

Hotel was clean and in a great part of Old Quarter. The staff was so friendly and accommodating - they were truly wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Free breakfast was delicious (buffet style with a ton of options). Highly recommend!!

I enjoyed the stay at La siesta Classic Ma May Hotel & Spa. It was comfortable with hospitality in check in and out. Vietnamese cuisine is high quality and delicious in 1F restaurant. It is possible to cook favorite baquette sandwich by your self. I recommend to visit top floor, You can find nice SKY Bar.

ホテルスタッフが必ずいつも笑顔で挨拶をしてくれるのでとても嬉しかったです。部屋は狭いですが、綺麗で快適に過ごせます。ルーフトップバーからの眺めも最高。旧市街の中にあるホテルなので、旧市街を楽しみたい方にとってはかなり好アクセスの優良ホテルです。

Great location great service
Fantastic 2 day stay in La Siesta. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the Old Quater. But what really made this hotel special is the service. Every staff member is so helpful and kind and always has a smile on their face. As we were there over the Lunar new year holidays we did not get the opportunity to use the gym or spa. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Una sorpresa e una conferma
Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la posizione e perché eravamo curiosi di vedere come mai era quotato con migliaia di eccellente. La sorpresa è stata che effettivamente non si poteva che lodare ogni dipendente per la sua disponibilità a prevenire e poi esaudire ogni necessità degli ospiti. Le camere sono pulitissime, le superior che avevamo prenotato poi hanno anche un bagno grande ed il ristorante è ottimo e con prezzi molto convenienti. Anche qui il personale è di una gentilezza e premura come si trova in quelli stellati. Eravamo molto scettici sulla mole dì eccellente dato nei giudizi, ebbene anche noi confermiamo che sono meritati!

The rooftop bar was really fun and the drinks were amazing. The staff was so helpful and has great recommendations. We did a spa treatment as well and were very impressed. The location is perfect to walk around the old quarter. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Questo hotel ha tutto il personale motivato ed orientato ad esaudire ogni richiesta/necessita’ degli ospiti! E ‘ pulitissimo ben arredato e con un ottimo ristorante a prezzi incredibili rispetto a quelli italiani. E ‘ nella città vecchia per cui è vicino a tutto. Lo ho scelto perché aveva fin troppi eccellenti giudizi e volevo verificare di persona. Ebbene è veramente così!
