The hotel in in good shape. Pool and spa is nice and clean. I had a room in the 8th flor. That room was super quiet. Housekeeping worked 100% positive.

Top Hotel in toller Stadt
Das Zimmer (Suite) stand uns bereits um 10 Uhr zur Verfügung. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Sadt Hanoi mit vielen Gegensätzen gehört sicherlich zu einer der schönsten Städten in Asien. Faszinierend und gleichzeitig beängstigend kann der Straßenverkehr bezeichnet werden. Kulinarische Erlebnisse sind hier auch garantiert. Ob luxuriös oder einfach, es gibt einfach alles.

Schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen, aber...
Hotel liegt sehr schön, nahe der Oper und man ist schnell in der Altstadt bzw. im Französischen Viertel. Frühstück topp. Zimmer sind sehr schön, allerdings sind die meisten zum Innenhof, was man in Hanoi erst auch gut findet wegen des Lärms. Zimmer sind allerdings dann sehr dunkel (wenn auch mit gutem stimmigem Lichtkonzept). Extrem störend ist der selbstgemachte Lärm – die Musik aus dem Restaurant unten schallt durch den Innenhof in die Zimmer hoch und wird durch den Innenhof noch verstärkt. Also ruhig ist das Zimmer auf keinen Fall.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Die Zimmer sind echt romantisch und schön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das einzige Minus: Die Klimaanlage im Fitness Raum - dort war es all zu warm - obwohl auf Minimum gestellt. Hier sollte das Hotel eine Investition tätigen.

Central location, close to the lake, large stores and within walking distance the Old Quarter. Hotel staff very welcoming and eager to please, nothing appeared to be too much trouble, Hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for the Lunar New Year of the Dragon. Rooms were well presented and had everything you need, including complimentary bathrobes. One particularly lovely touch was a card left out offering private car hire for tours of the city, airport pickup/drop off or day trips to outlying areas. All at reasonable costs. What I did find a little pricey was all the mini bar prices and eat-in facilities. But I guess this is the price for pay for location !! The casino below was a wonderful bonus if you enjoy chancing your luck and the swimming pool/spa area was well equipped and very inviting. Would I stay here again? Absolutely

This place is total class. We arranged for airport pick up. They were there, very inexpensive for 4! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet.. huge selection. Service impeccable. Front desk were so helpful, efficient and spoke English very well. Would highly recommend this place for a visit to Hanoi, we’re easy walk around town and into old quarters

최악의 경험
1. 지하에서 올라오는 하수구 냄새가 로비, 엘리베이터(심각, 머리가 아플 정도) 투숙했던 6층까지 전체적으로 났음 2. 방에 조명 중 반 이상이 켜지지 않았으며 리셉션에 얘기해도 천장 조명 외엔 고쳐주지 않았음(스탠드 조명은 전부 작동 불가) 3. 샤워기 냉온수 조절이 너무 예민해서 뜨거운 물에 데일뻔 하기가 부지기수, 수건걸이가 벽에서 떨어져 있었는데 이 또한 리셉션에 얘기해도 고쳐지지 않았음 4. 방이 난방이 되지 않아 추웠으며, 리셉션에 얘기해서 가져다 준 히터가 찬바람만 나왔음, 다시 가져다 준 히터는 소리가 너무 컸으나 그냥 참고 씀. 5. 화장실 변기 옆에 있는 화장지 걸이가 빠져있었으며 다시 끼워지지도 않았음. 6. 조식의 가짓수가 적으며, 맛도 그저그런 맛이었음. 호텔스닷컴 GOLD회원을 10년이상 유지하면서 처음 써보는 호텔 악평이 이 호텔이 되었네요.

This hotel was absolutely outstanding. Decorated with wonderful flair, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, staff gracious, polite and helpful, and the breakfast is to die for! if I am ever back in Hanoi, I’m not going to look any further. This is my place. It couldn’t be any more conveniently located either right in the heart of the French quarters.

It was an unique room setting ! When you enter the room you notice the opera decor with the red velvet pillows and the arm chair and the foot rest the same in red velvet .The bathroom mirror is surrounded by the lights to give you the impression you are in the back stage applying the make up ! The only problem we had , the bed was too high but they brought us 2 foot stools and removed 1 small mattress and the problem was solved! Excellent service and excellent location
