„Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep. Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you ...

Clean rooms, good size and full kitchen; comfortable furnishings.Only caution is that this is a beach-side location and appears to have a bit of a price premium for that reason. It’s justified but only if you’re planning to make good use of the beach.“
