„The property is in an area where there are a lot of vagrants/homeless people. When we pulled up to the property there must have been a dozen or more sitting in front of the building. Waiting to get fed by the local food kitchen. Drug paraphernalia littered the area and there was a smell of urine. They were there at all times of the day and yes there were arguments, singing and normal conversation throughout the night. „Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting.
