The presence of a dedicated nutritionist, available and contactable throughout the day, was a game-changer. We've never encountered such consistently motivated staff; every single person seemed genuinely committed to making our stay as wonderful as possible. They ensured that everything was gluten-free, and if something wasn't, they made it happen.
