Very convenient if you are staying a night or two close to the airport. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist us when we had a travel issue. There was limited but very good (and pricey) food options during the winter but they were incredibly accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Only downside was that there was no mini-fridge in the room which I thought was odd. Regardless, I would highly recommend this hotel for any travelers needing a hotel conveniently located next to the airport.

Terrible service. I booked the shuttle service twice- in October upon booking and a few hours before arrival. Both were confirmed, they even got my mobile number. It was the hotel that emailed us that we were booked for the 11:15 pm shuttle service only to wait in the cold on a snowy winter night for more than 30 minutes and find out they did not send their driver to fetch us. When we called the hotel, we expected them to rectify their mistake and send the driver to fetch us but no, we just had to fend for ourselves. I could never comprehend the incompetence and inefficiency of the people in charge of this. Why would you schedule to pick up a client at an agreed date and time when you don’t intend to carry it out? It was scheduled since October or 3 months ahead, followed up on check in day. What was equally alarming was the way the managers handled the problem. They did not even bother to know what went wrong the following morning regarding this incident because they still did not know what happened and just attributed it to human error. A human error it is, but whose? How? No wonder there seems to be no other guests in the hotel if this is the kind of service they provide. They are unreliable. I will never stay here again and I will tell my friends to stay away, not wanting them to experience the unjust vexation and stress of waiting for an agreed upon booking they did not honor, a service they should have provided. They took away some time and joy from my vacation.

You had booked the shuttle, which never came to pick you up at the airport.But it seems to me that my assistant Jennifer spent 15 minutes sitting with you in the lobby explaining it to you and apologizing on behalf of the hotel. She also offered to refund you the amount paid for the taxi you had to take, which you refused.In addition, you wanted to come back to reception the same evening to discuss with the person in charge the day before so she could explain to you what had happened when you arrived and so she could also apologize to you, which you didn't do.I understand your disappointement but be sure that we have done our best to rectify this error and ensure you had a pleasant stay.Kind regards

Location was ideal to the public transportation right behind it and direct to Cornavin Central Geneva station. Very clean, very nice, very modern everything from the lobby to the room. I had a fancy and relax night at this hotel. Used the hotel shuttle and it was great. Couldn't eat at the restaurant because it was Sunday, so it was close, but they had a limited menu in the bar area. In the back of the hotel they have a train station.

Couldnt have been happier with our stay here! We just stayed one night before our long hall back to the USA. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was extrememly quiet and the room darkening shades made it pitch black in our room. Slept so good, we woke up late! Great stay and inexpensive. There isn't anywhere to eat around the hotel, and the hotel restaurant was pricey, but it was delicious and totally worth it. You pay $25/night to park, but its convenient to get luggage from garage to your room. Breakfast was included in our stay, and they had a HUGE spread of food. They took a deposit, so, we are waiting on that back. I highly recommend this hotel before or after flights. Its 8min from the Hertz car rental place and airport, so it was perfect for us!

this is a beautiful hotel, very modern and spacious - the convenience of transportation by train to central Geneva was most impressive - 2 minute walk to train- 10 minute train ride! The only inconvenience was no refrigerator in the room, otherwise I recommend, highly.

Visiting relatives less than half a kilometre away. Not cheap, but Geneva isn't. Great hotel, no dining available on a Sunday evening but found a great place approximately 10mins walk away, so not a big problem. Staff are all very helpful. Hotel is clean. Free transfer between airport and hotel. Not very close to the city centre, but the reception will give you a QR code which gets you free rail transport and the city then becomes much easier. We will book again next time we visit.

Nice hotel. Conveniently placed at walking distance from zimeysa train station line. They don’t have transportation/shuttle services to the airport on Saturday which was misleading advertisement so beware before booking. We got to the hotel at noon to leave our bags and got back after 5 pm that’s when they barely told us they had free bus transportation vouchers around the city. Overall not the best service. I would probably not stay here again.
