„We chose this hotel because of the positive overall rating. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, the elevator was broken and instead of giving us a room on the first floor, the manager put us on the third floor. We had to drag our suitcases up the stairs. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired and our room was also not in a particularly good condition.
