A Destination Designed to Be Enjoyed

Located on a quiet neighborhood street with easy access to the bay and close to the Times Square and pier areas, Tidewater is walking distances to restaurants, tiki bars, gear and bike rental shops, and countless other activities for plenty of Florida fun.

From the first time you drive up, Tidewater's quiet seafoam color will put you in the mood for relaxation. Enjoy time on the expansive screened-in balcony outside the dining area with seating for six with fun, beachy colors and a view of your entryway to the bay. Keep the air moving with an overhead fan. Sit out on the first-floor covered patio with seating for eight and dual overhead fans to keep the warm Florida air circulating so you stay comfortable. Splash around in the in-ground pool, or relax muscles tired from a day of adventure in the attached raised spa. Fire up the provided gas grill for a yummy lunch or dinner. There is a wood dock beyond the pool deck with boat slip for your rental boat.
Interior Amenities
Open the front door to the understated entry way. The whole house is decorated in muted, neutral tones with touches of bold and beach-themed décor throughout. Continue up the steps in front of you to the living area where you can sit back on one of the two leather couches or the comfy chair and watching a TV show or movie on the large wall-mounted flat screen TV or read a book. If immediate relaxation is your goal, take a slight turn at the entry way and up the steps to the bedroom level. You'll find a master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage space with two dressers and a walk-in closet. The en suite bath includes a frameless walk-in shower with seat, double sinks, and beautiful tile work. A second bedroom with queen-size bed and full en suite bathroom and a third queen-size bedroom is conveniently connected to the guest bathroom, each bedroom with its own TV. All bedroom and bathroom linens are provided and thoroughly cleaned between each stay so you can be sure everything is clean and fresh for you and your group.
When you're hungry you can put together a meal in adjoining fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy morning coffee made in the Keurig machine, along with a bagel or toast from the toaster. Cook mouth-watering meals with the provided spices and cookware and serve on the provided dishes. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, fresh white cabinets, and a pantry. Prepare ingredients on the expansive kitchen island with seating for two and plenty of storage in the built-in drawers and cabinets. Watch a TV or the game while you cook on the flat screen TV mounted over the pantry door. Enjoy the meal in the indoor dining area with seating for six or the balcony.
Pack light and take advantage of the laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, granite counter top workspace for folding and a sink to rinse any delicate items you may have brought with you.
