”Beach-to-Bay” — a brand new 5 bedroom/5 bath waterfront home — is located across the street from the beach along a canal on Estero Bay. With multiple balconies, the Key West-style home has amazing water views of the Gulf of Mexico or the back bay from every bedroom. Offering a great north-end location, it's located within walking distance of the Times Square area. The bright and comfortably furnished home has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 large family rooms for entertaining, 2 laundry rooms, 2 wet bars, a well-equipped kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, and a saltwater pool and spa. There are 2 master suites, one on each floor. One has a stand-alone soaker tub & shower and the other has a walk-in “rainfall” shower with two shower heads. Every bedroom has a full ensuite bath! This huge family home includes an elevator that provides ground-level walkout access.

Trouble with listed ammenities

We chose this property specifically for 4 reasons. 1. Number of beds and bathrooms. Home was beautiful and comfy. 2. Location. supurb! 3. Elevator for elderly parents. PROBLEM. It worked long enough to get our things into the house. Then it quit working. Responsive and sent repair person 3 days later. They did a lot of work and got it working. It quit 10 min after they left. Managment quit responding and did not answer. Did not get resolved. 4. Heared pool and spa. Spa heated twice, pool never heated despite multiple calls, texts and visits to the propery managment. No consessions were made for these issues that impacted the quality of our trip. Property managent just seemed to keep telling us someone was coming, but it took days and never got resolved.quit respondingwere quite rresponsive....

"Ocean View" property

We had a great stay at the property. Due to the hurricane, the building that was originally across from the property had been destroyed giving us direct access to the beach. Unfortunately the elevator was broken for the entirety of our stay and the ice maker did not work. They sent out repairman promptly but the elevator still was not fixed, nor the ice maker. We decided to make due with what we had rather than call back. The property management company did promptly respond to my calls. The property was gorgeous, would have liked a powder room on the pool level though. To note there are no beach chairs with the property, they will give you credit to order some through a company and that was seamless. The island is still rebuilding so a lot of the restaurants were out of food trucks. But if you eat in a lot that won't matter. Beds were really comfortable and every room had a balcony! A great property for families or friends!

Great stay!

The home was beautiful! Very clean and brand new! We ran into a small issue with the garbage disposal and management sent someone over right away. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and pots/pans. However it would have been a nice addition to have some basic cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, cooking spray etc. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Hurricane Ian

First of all, Renting this house the week of Hurricane Ian was a LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE!! The property itself was spectacular, let alone the cleanliness, decor, and views! During the start of the hurricane I reached out to the staff in an email and didn’t hear anything back until the next day, which is understand but it was a scary situation. But the 2 days out of 7 that we got to stay there (due to mandatory evacuation) was amazing!

Lots of vases but no ice

Everything was great except the ice maker did not work and we needed to buy ice. A suggestion would be to not have so many ceramic decorative items since we were afraid something would break.

Great stay!

Overall it was a very, very nice and enjoyable place to stay. We had 6 adults and 3 kids. It is less than a 5 min walk to the beach and maybe a 10 min walk to restaurants and shopping. We ordered our groceries through Shipt which helped a lot. Only a couple minor things- the pool was very confusing to use. You can only heat either the pool or the hot tub at one time. The pool turns on and off automatically each day. There are instructions but it still takes a couple days to figure out. Upon our arrival, the pool heater wasn’t working which was disappointing. A crew came to fix it within 24 hours though which was good. The house is stocked with most things for every day use, but we could have used a broom for sand coming in off the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend!

Perfect Family Vacation

property layout , location, amenities, beach, and access to restaurants was perfect...location north of the main highway and bridge traffic was perfect. over an hour 1 time to get back from the Publix at 3 in the afternoon so be mindful of the traffic lines.. can park 3 Nissan Mourano type SUVs in the garage as well as 2 to 3 more outside. Appliances were top notch too.

Stay at Ft. Myers Beach

Overall, great house for a large family to stay in. Easy access to the beach’s no plenty to do within a short drive or walk. House was clean on arrival and for the most part kitchen was stocked with any tools or appliances you might need. Find about 8 beach chairs, coolers and a wagon in the garage. A few negatives from our stay. First, the view from the back of the house an pool area is that if a house under construction. Be prepared to listen to that from about 8-4 everyday until it’s finished. 2. When we first arrived their was also construction material on the back lawn of the house, directly next to the pool. The management company did come remove it when we notified them. 3. The pool/hot tub are somewhat complicated to use. Having instructions for use and also notifying renters that the temperature is remotely controlled by the homes owner would have alleviated some of our initial issues. Our second day they did have to send the pool company out to show us how to switch between operating the spa and pool since only one can be heated at a time. Some directions in the house could have explained this. The pool heater also stopped working towards the end of our vacation, but they were able to get maintenance out to get it going again later that afternoon. The pool area is shaded in the afternoon so it was really important to have the heater going. 4. The house is very nice inside, but it could use some help with the finishes. We had handles falling off of drawers, loose fixtures in the bathrooms, light switches not always working, etc. Was surprised for being a brand new house that it had some of these issues. Overall we really enjoyed being together in one place. Mainly we wish the construction directly behind the house had been disclosed. Considering we received emails about construction a mile away that we couldn’t hear, we were surprised.
