„My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!“

We also loved the Windsor Island Community area. The kids had a blast on the slides and lazy river, Putt Putt Golf, and the game room. „Super location! Updated kitchen and bathroom. Clean and well maintained. Great for 2. Reasonably priced too. I do wish the plants in front could be trimmed as there really is no view of the ocean from inside or on the front porch.“

„ We had the villa for two weeks in october. It is close to Highway 27 and well located to the attractions. The neighborhood and surroundings were quiet. The villa is very spacious and has all kinds of utensils in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the time in the villa. As others have written: The towels and the pool cover should be renewed. But the bottom line: a very nice accommodation. Lovely again.“
