The house was so well stocked, and it is clear the owners have gone out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of. „We had a wonderful time in this villa. We lacked nothing. The location was ideal, our pet alligator in the river behind the house greeted us every day. The pool and the outdoor kitchen were the highlights. We couldn't stop raving about it. The sporadic contact with Dustin was also very nice and our questions were answered quickly. „Wir haben das Haus auch wegen der angepriesenen Outdoorküche gebucht; diese war total verdreckt (diese sorgte für den Besuch von Kakerlaken) und defekt und somit nicht nutzbar. Der aufgestellte Ersatzgrill war ein Witz und es machte keine Freude ihn zu nutzen. Im Haus war die Sauberkeit eher unterer Durchschnitt; u. a. war das Innere des Ofens eine absolute Zumutung. Zudem hatte das Haus zahlreiche - wenn auch kleinere - Mängel; dazu gehörten u.a. defekte Lampen und Ventilatoren. Um die Stühle ...

„The swimming pool is super nice. It is heated so it had a nice temperature. The house had been renovated. But not perfectly. Let’s start with the upside:Very quiet neighborhood, nice swimming pool, ver nice kitchen. But there were also some downsides. There are screw head sticking out all along the pool. There were more beach chairs on the picture then actually available. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture. Which made sitting not to comfortable. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in tub. ...

„We stayed for two months and found the home to be just what we needed for a relaxing getaway from the Minnesota cold! Really enjoyed the heated pool and nearby biking trail. We felt at home with everything we needed, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Lynn was very responsive and a great host. We would definitely recommend!“

„The property is beautiful, and was perfect for our family. We could relax by the pool during the hot part of the day, and watch birds in the canal behind the house. Beach chairs and umbrellas were ready to go in the garage. The neighborhood is quiet, and the host is very responsive.
