„We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The house and pool area were amazing. Very clean and accurate. I felt bad doing it but only gave 4/5 for the location because it is a bit of a drive to convenience stores (10-15 min). Which is fine - helps keep the area from being busy. Just something to prepare for. Our trip was somewhat last minute so needed to go back and forth a bit. With that said, the house was pretty well stocked for what you may need. Will definitely be booking again! “

„This was hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed in! The house was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The pool was a definite highlight and made the stay even more special. What really stood out was how accommodating the host was, especially with our late flight on checkout day. That extra flexibility was so appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again!“

„We rented this property for 24 days in Apr/May 2019 and it was truly perfect! The house was very tastefully decorated. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and well kept, and the pool and patio area was great. The back of the house faces southwest so it got great sunlight all day long (with also plenty of shade on the patio) and the pond behind provided a great backdrop for watching birds - as well as alligators! „The swimming pool is super nice. It is heated so it had a nice temperature. The house had been renovated. But not perfectly. Let’s start with the upside:Very quiet neighborhood, nice swimming pool, ver nice kitchen. But there were also some downsides. There are screw head sticking out all along the pool. „Wir haben das Haus auch wegen der angepriesenen Outdoorküche gebucht; diese war total verdreckt (diese sorgte für den Besuch von Kakerlaken) und defekt und somit nicht nutzbar. Der aufgestellte Ersatzgrill war ein Witz und es machte keine Freude ihn zu nutzen. Im Haus war die Sauberkeit eher unterer Durchschnitt; u. a. war das Innere des Ofens eine absolute Zumutung. Everything has been lovingly decorated and maintained. During our vacation we had a small hurricane (Debbie), which was a new experience for us. Tammy informed us before we understood it, gave us tips and was always in contact with us. In general, it felt like she was always close by as she responded very quickly to our requests. We already knew the Rotonda West area very well and so it felt like “coming home”. The area is very quiet, so perfect for relaxing and unwinding."
