„The area was quiet and peaceful, the whole property was comfortable and relaxing, the kids loved the easy access to the river, and being able to use the kayaks and other water toys made nice we did not have to worry about anything. They provided the life jackets as well to keep us safe! That was a huge plus for this mama to enjoy this! we loved the whole property! “

„Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties ...

„It was so peaceful, which was exactly what I needed. Kiko greeted me the first night and led my car back to my cabin. He is the sweetest dog! I loved that they had a jar of goat treats on the counter for me to feed the goats with and they left eggs in the fridge for me! The communication was excellent. They replied quickly to any message and were enthusiastic to help me with anything during my stay. “

„Spent the weekend here with the family and had a great time! The cottage is clean, cozy, and right on Lake Dunlap. It’s peaceful but still close to New Braunfels and Gruene.We grilled burgers by the water, went swimming, and did some fishing right off the property. The kitchen’s well-stocked, the beds are comfy, and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing.Great spot for a low-key family getaway—would definitely come back!“

„Love this place! The kids enjoyed Kayaking, fishing, pool time and games, all within walking distance. The area was well kept and clean. The beds were comfy and the cabin was clean. My only complaint was amenities indicated there was a stove top and oven so we thought it was a full range but it was not. It was a portable two sided burner and the microwave was also an oven but don’t recommend baking in it. “

„The secluded setting and well-designed entertainment space were great. The owner was responsive and helpful.
