„Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties ...

„This property is so special! We had such a lovely stay, we were in town for a festival at the art center down the road and this was the perfect home base to beat the heat. It was really easy to get in contact with the hosts if we needed anything! Such a peacful haven that they have created out in san marcos, highly recommend!“

„Spent the weekend here with the family and had a great time! The cottage is clean, cozy, and right on Lake Dunlap. It’s peaceful but still close to New Braunfels and Gruene.We grilled burgers by the water, went swimming, and did some fishing right off the property. The kitchen’s well-stocked, the beds are comfy, and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing.Great spot for a low-key family getaway—would definitely come back!“

„The secluded setting and well-designed entertainment space were great. The owner was responsive and helpful. We loved being close to Old Town Kyle, and the property had plenty of room for our family. Comfortable beds, large and inviting bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen made our stay perfect.“

„Love this place! The kids enjoyed Kayaking, fishing, pool time and games, all within walking distance. The area was well kept and clean. The beds were comfy and the cabin was clean. My only complaint was amenities indicated there was a stove top and oven so we thought it was a full range but it was not. It was a portable two sided burner and the microwave was also an oven but don’t recommend baking in it. “
