Genial in Eugene
This is our third time staying for one night at this property, and it works very well for our needs. The hosts are thoughtful and generous in the layout and amenities, and are always helpful in communicating. There was a minor slip-up this time, in getting us the entry code in a timely manner, but the host simply goofed, and took full responsibility, which is much better than the denial and guest-blaming we've encountered elsewhere. Again, this little property is in a quiet, pretty neighborhood in northern Eugene, and it is reasonable and convenient. We will use it again, for sure.

Had a great week in this tidy little spot. The Beverly had everything I needed (and then some!) for a business trip to Eugene. Really appreciated the snacks and small details like super fresh linens, laundry, and Starbucks gift. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

Clean, comfy, great place
This cute little studio was super clean, with a nice bathroom, and very comfy bed. We had our little doodle with us, there was room for her crate, and a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood for walking her. The owner was quick to provide check-in instructions, and the studio was full of thoughtful little touches. The entry courtyard is very private, with a nice sound of bubbling water from the fountain, and a table and chairs for relaxing outside. Parking is easy, right in front of the gate, on a quiet culdesac. We will definitely be back!

We Slept Great!
This was a very clean and functional space to spend the night. It's small but has most everything one needs for comfort. The private sitting area outside with the fountain is a nice touch. Very quiet neighborhood, but close to downtown. We slept great!

We loved the privacy of the courtyard. It also had everything we would’ve needed had we forgotten anything like bathroom toiletries or kitchen things. They also had a Keurig and k-cups for coffee, which was convenient. Everything was nice and clean and just seemed like they thought about everything we could’ve needed or wanted plus extra. Will definitely stay again.

The Beverly never disappoints! Myself and my miniature Doxy sat out in the courtyard and enjoyed the sunshine! The bed is so comfortable, I ordered Door Dash so I could stay there. A great stay, as usual!

Little oasis in a great location
This is our second stay at the Wingate property and we are just as happy as our first one. We visited Eugene in summer 2022 and stayed for four nights - and couldn't be happier so we returned for 10 nights April 2023. The mini kitchen has a fridge perfect for storing cold and frozen foods and beverages, a multi use microwave convection oven, coffee maker, ice maker, etc. all you really need. Plus a full size bathroom, comfie queen bed, excellent linens and a sitting area. Don't book a hotel if you like the comforts of home. Even our pups loved the little courtyard garden with a relaxing fountain, good vibe and privacy fencing. The property is close to groceries and small restaurants, and a dog store. Plus within walking distance of an excellent neighborhood park. Only five blocks from the major highway - and thoroughfare. We love it here!

Beautiful place to stay
I was unable to stay at the property due to the fact that I had pushed my drive a little bit farther. I however, was very much looking forward to the stay. It looks like such a beautiful and amazing property. I think anybody who books with Cory, would be very happy. This property was clean and well maintained... attention to detail. The bedding & towels were soft and new. There were so many amenities...from coffee & creamer to nice soaps in the bath. It has a lovely enclosed space outside to sit & play with my dog too. Great stay!

Perfect clean studio!
This was probably the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculate! The bed was surprisingly cozy and comfy. The front yard is perfect for pets. Overall just a great little studio! We had a bit of issue with the check in. The keypad was out of battery, but the property owner was really communicative and came out immediately to rectify the issue.

Awesome Experience
My partner and I spent a night at this location with our dog and were very happy with our stay. Cory was very responsive and the check-in process was super easy. We had enough privacy that it didn't even feel like we were a part of a connected unit. The studio was cozy but also spacious, and was clean and up-to-date. When our travel plans changed, Cory got the unit ready so that we could check-in before the regular time, which we greatly appreciated. If we're ever back in the area, we'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent destination on a cold rainy night. First VRBO experience.
We come to this area often but, this time our usual hotel was not available. Found Cory”s place which seemed to fit our needs. We came from another part of our trip, about an hour away and we wanted to be close to Eugene Airport for a Zero Dark Thirty departure. CHECK, perfect spots an easy 15 min drive to the airport. A plus, Costco gas around the corner to top off the rental fuel and several pizza or other food options up the street. I had questions before getting there and Cory was on it with fast replies. Arrived about 8:30 on a cold, rainy night and easily found and entered the studio apartment. An Outstanding private garden area and beautiful interior. It seemed like a super nice neighborhood from our nighttime assessment. Tons of extras provided like many warm drink options plus snacks were even there for us. The bed was very comfy and the bath towels, totally Lux. On the road at 4AM and got out knowing we didn’t bother anyone (we hope). We will be back if you liked us Cory.

We stayed three nights in this lovely studio room. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked. The outside courtyard made us feel safe. The location made for easy access to the River Center and U of Oregon. We will try to book this property again when we return to Eugene.

Loved the fountain in the courtyard, sounded like rain all night. We had our coffee out there both mornings. Kitchen and bathroom nicely stocked with essentials. Nice and quiet neighborhood, bought a homemade rhubarb pie from a neighbor, yumm! Really enjoyed our stay in Eugene
