We were a little concerned about the neighborhood, but had no problems and we were always able to find street parking either directly in front of or very close to the house. „Overall this property served its purpose. The area was a little rough around the edges but the location was convenient for getting both to Berkeley and San Francisco. The property was is some need of repairs. The gas dryer was not connected to gas and didn’t have any heat, the kitchen was functional but some of the cabinets were falling apart. The beds were comfortable and the space was ample for our group of seven.“
