Situated in the up and coming West Oakland neighborhood, close to freeway, emeryville shopping and hip downtown Oakland, this newly refurbished home has everything you need for a home base for your vacation or work trip. Easy access to San Francisco via freeway or BART.



The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One is a master suite and the other bedroom is just off the main bathroom and kitchen.



The Space:

Newly refurbished with all new paint, floors, appliances and fixtures but retaining the original architecture for an authentic Oakland vibe.



Up the main stairs, through the front door is a foyer. On the left is a living room. Next is the large open concept dining room/kitchen with an eat at island. Just off the kitchen is the first bedroom and the main bathroom.

Beyond that off the back of the kitchen is the 2nd bedroom with a en suite bathroom.

If you go down the right side of the house to the back garden you'll find a nice sitting area in front of the back cottage. There may be other guests in the back cottage who will be sharing the garden. Please be considerate of them.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire 2br/2ba house along and shared access to the back garden.



The main house has an electronic lock you'll use to access and secure the home.



No off street parking is provided. There is often ample street parking nearby.



The Neighborhood:

West Oakland is one of Oakland's hip and up and coming neighborhoods. nearby is a new housing development and much of the area is being renewed while much of of the area retains the old world charm with many Victorian and Edwardian homes.



There are eateries and coffee shops within walking distance or downtown Oakland, Emeryville or the very hip Rockridge districts are a short drive.



Getting Around:

This house is very close to the freeway on-ramp with direct access to San Francisco. The West Oakland BART station is not far as another option to quickly get to San Francisco or around the bay. AC Transit busses will take you to downtown Oakland, or elsewhere nearby.
