„The appartment has a good location to start tours to SF. Easy connection by bus. Very friendly host providing and supporting with all you need. As the appartment is on the ground floor, behind the garage of the House, it is a little bit dark. Anyhow, we felt comfortable and did not miss anything. We had what we needed.“

„The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure “

„The property is cheap if you compare it to other locations. Anyway the apartment is clean. The area around the location isn‘t that appealing. There is many trash on the streets and you have to ride the train vor 40minutes to get to downtown. But all in all we enjoyed our stay here 😊“

The homeowner that lives upstairs was quiet. if you look at the pictures, you'll know exactly what you're getting, and it's less than 5 minutes to major roadways. „Die FW liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet, dadurch braucht man allerdings mit ÖPNV mehr als eine Stunde ins Zentrum, mit dem Auto eine halbe Stunde. Parken im Zentrum ist allerdings verdammt teuer. Vor der FW ist ausreichend öffentlicher Parkraum. Ich empfehle Uber! Die FW hat ein etwas schmales Doppelbett, ein großes Sofa und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Fernsehen gibt es nur in Form von Netflix. Die Küchenzeile ist funktional und schön integriert. „On the hills of Maxwell Park, this apartment is just perfect for getting a gorgeous view of the Bay. We really enjoyed getting to know Oakland this way and also using BART to access the entire area. We will be happy to return.“

„Relativ geräumig und mit dem Nötigen ausgestattet. Als Startpunkt zur Erkundung von San Francisco gut geeignet. Ziemlich zentral und nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Empfehlenswert ist der Bio- Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Viel mehr können wir zur Umgebung nicht sagen, weil wir nach zwei Nächten Richtung Yosemite aufgebrochen sind und den ersten Tag zu müde für umfangreiche Aktivitäten waren. „First let me say, we had a great time at this property. This is a small house in the city. Great location. We could walk to restaurants and play pickleball at the playground next store. It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet.
