„Beautiful oasis. Old house with lots of charm. The most delicious grapes I have ever tasted in my life. A peaceful place rich with character. Tranquil.“

„Communication was excellent. I was very happy with our stay. My kids and I were attending a concert at Oracle Park, and this was a great distance from the venue for our entire week.“

„The property is fun. So much character and David the host is the absolute best!“

„Communication with owner was clear, but the place could’ve been cleaner. Also not a great location to be in, but close enough to Oakland Arena which is what I needed.“

„Wonderful stay. The property was better than the pictures. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again!“

„It was a nice small place. Clean and quite easy check in.“

„Overall, we had a very comfortable stay! The house is incredibly spacious and located in a perfect spot close to great restaurants and walking paths. My only minor suggestions for improvement would be adding a better setup for trash and upgrading the TV. Would definitely stay again.“

„A house that's been chopped up into many bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms so you can fit several families. Very convenient to the Solano retail core and a short drive to the BART. The backyard could use some TLC to turn it into a place one would want up hang out in.“

„Had an amazing time! The rooms were spacious and all the beds were comfortable. And the shower in the Main bedroom was legendary: 2 rain shower heads, 3 side jets, and 1 detachable, all in the same shower, I was in heaven! The AC/Heating worked smoothly and the neighborhood was peaceful. It was also walking distance to a coffee shop and a convenience store!“

„We were positively impressed not only by the property and view itself but also by the kindness of Jill & John! Thank you very much for an amazing stay and making our CA roundtrip a remarkable memory. If possible, we will definitely come again and we would recommend this host and property very warmly to everyone else traveling towards that region.“

„Lovely, clean and spacious home with excellent access to Berkeley coffee shops and restaurants. Comfortable and relaxing space. Perfect for our stay!“

„Only 1 small criticism: the ceiling can lighting in main living / dining/ kitchen is FAR too bright or if off, is way too dull. No way to turn some of them down or have a dimmer switch option. This would help.“

„Couldn't have asked for more lovely place to stay, or a smoother process. No notes. Would stay again.“
