Unsere 4 Schlafzimmer, 3. 5 Bäder 1.900 sq ft Wohnung (Unit 302) in Purgatory Lodge bieten den ultimativen Komfort im Winter oder Sommer, da es im Herzen von Purgatory Village, nur 50 Meter vom primären Hochgeschwindigkeitslift, Purgatory Express, entfernt ist zum Gipfel des Berges. Dies ist der beste Ski-In / Ski-Out-Standort im Resort.

Die Purgatory Lodge bietet erstklassige Annehmlichkeiten des Durango Mountain Resorts, darunter einen beheizten Außenpool mit Rutsche, einen Whirlpool, ein Fitnesscenter und ein Familienspielzimmer neben einem privaten Restaurant und einer Bar. Beachten Sie, dass die Resortgebühr von 9% auf 8% gesenkt wurde und das in der Vergangenheit kostenlose kontinentale Frühstück jetzt 5 USD pro Person beträgt.

Die einstöckige Wohnung befindet sich in der nordwestlichen Ecke der Purgatory Lodge in der 3. Etage (mit dem Aufzug erreichbar) und bietet vom Deck und vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Needles Mountain Range. Es gibt auch einen Gasgrill auf dem Deck.

Die Wohnung wurde professionell eingerichtet und beide King Schlafzimmer haben Flachbildfernseher.

Stornierungsbedingungen: Eine Zahlung von 300 $ ist zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung erforderlich. Diese Zahlung in Höhe von 300 USD wird auf den Gesamtbetrag angerechnet und ist nur innerhalb von 72 Stunden nach der Buchung erstattbar. Wenn Sie innerhalb von 45 Tagen nach der Buchung anreisen, muss der Gesamtbetrag zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung bezahlt werden. Bei Stornierungen oder Änderungen, die zu einem verkürzten Aufenthalt führen und innerhalb von fünfundvierzig (45) Tagen vor dem Ankunftsdatum erfolgen, verfällt der gesamte Buchungsbetrag, während Stornierungen, die mehr als fünfundvierzig (45) Tage vor Ihrer Ankunft erfolgen, verfallen die 300 $ Zahlung zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung. Bei Buchungen von mindestens dreißig (30) Nächten erhöht sich die Stornierungsfrist auf sechzig (60) Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum. Wir bieten eine Reiseversicherung an.

Bleiben Sie bei uns und wir bieten Rabatte für Sommeraktivitäten (Wildwasser-Rafting, Reiten usw.) und Winteraktivitäten (Ski- / Snowboardverleih, Pferdeschlittenfahrten, Schneemobiltouren usw.).

Die obere Etage der Lodge mit der privaten Bar und dem Spielzimmer ist in der Nebensaison geschlossen, wenn das Skigebiet nicht geöffnet ist (Herbst und später Frühling).

We really enjoyed our time in the condo. We were a little disappointed that the TV in the living room did not work. It was like it was set up for a Roku but did not have a remote. Also, we had to ask the front desk for help with the fireplace as it did not initially want to work. They fixed that for us. Otherwise, it was nice. The mountain views were AMAZING and the skiing was okay - we definitely needed a snow storm to come through.

This property was perfect for our large family gathering. Everyone fit perfect! Loved walking out and right to the lift each morning. Kids loved the pool and slide. Heated parking garage with space for our two suvs was the perfect addition.

Grrat place for family vacation!

Stay where the action is! Perfect location at the base of the mountain and overlooking the plaza. Sit on your balcony and read, while watching mountain bikers zoom across the trails. We had grandparents on the lift to see the views, teens on bikes bumping down runs, preteens on the roller coaster and bobsled. And when it rained, everyone was in the game room playing pool! Oh- and after the activities, take a dip in the pool or sit in the hot tub! The location of this condo, in that building, makes this all possible.

Reviewer Comments: Condo 302 in Purgatory Lodge has more than enough space to sleep 10 people comfortably (4 bunk beds, 2 queens, and 1 king) in large rooms with ample closet/dresser space for bulky winter clothing. Excellent condition, beautiful views, and best part: such easy access to the slopes (simply take the elevator to the 1st floor and walk out to the base of the mountain - no stairs required). Private ski locker at the base of the slopes for easy overnight storage, heated pool and large hot tub. Access to the Durango Mountain Club for entertainment, private bar/restaurant. We'd definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect, the condo was perfect for 8 people and it was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Check-in was a fiasco! The people at the front desk was new, they claimed they received the wrong information from Vrbo concerning our lodging and kept sending me to the building next door. I knew this was not correct, but they were intent that they were correct. I finally had to get a representative from Vrbo on the phone with them to tell them they were incorrect. It finally got straightened out and we were placed in the condo I had reserved...I was pretty worried this would not be the case. Several other people trying to check-in at the same time were having the same issues. Once all that was settled, the accommodations couldn't have been any more perfect!

Family Vacation in the Mountains

The location is at the corner of the lodge and has a spectacular view of the needles mountains on one side and overlooks the plaza from the covered deck on the other side. We were a family of 7, and found that the layout was just great... all on one level with 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, there was room to get away for a little private time. Though the description says “10 people” you would be hard pressed to fit that many people in the living/dining area (which is somewhat small). The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes,cookware silver,etc. The only downside is that the dishwasher did not clean the dishes...we ended up washing everything by hand...owner should probably replace the dishwasher. Parking is horrible...tho it says two spaces, these are tandem, and once you pull in to the spaces, they are so close that you cannot open the door to get out. (This is a lodge issue, not the a ‘unit’ issue). The lodge common areas were tired, and not well cleaned. There’s only one restaurant (paradise pizza) open during weekdays in the evening, (excellent pizza!) and the little (mini) convenience store closes early. Purg is suffering from lack of workers (like everywhere).. Overall, we would come back, and would request this unit.

Property management company VRC was professional and easy to work with. Decided to change units a month or two before the trip and was very easy.

The location was perfect as it was beautiful to start and play, as well as about halfway between what we wanted to do/visit north in Ouray/Silverton and south in the Durango area. My only wish was that it would have been more clear that all the activities were closed except on weekends, it would have changed our timing/plans. Otherwise, we loved the location! Staff at the lodge were very kind and helpful. All other guests were respectful. We'll be back!
