„This cabin was the perfect basecamp for a couple of days of skiing at Purgatory. Completely private and just minutes from the resort, it’s ideally located between Durango and Silverton.The cabin was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. „We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Nature’s Nook! We were staying in Durango and skiing in Purgatory for the week. It was an easy drive to Purgatory, and we enjoyed coming back to Main St. in Durango in the evenings! We also cooked a few meals in the condo, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have a king bed in the bedroom and a full bed in the loft - that was perfect for our family!“

„Lovingly cared for, clean, well equipped trailer in a gorgeous setting. Lots of fun details and friendly host who answered my texts quickly. It was a bit far from downtown Durango but we knew this ahead of time. The only drawback was the toilet became inaccessible once the second bed was assembled. Perfect place for a single person or couple not requiring a second bed. Main bed was large and very comfortable. Will happily recommend this location to others. “

„Super cute cabin, great set up with everything you need to make it your home away from home. Be extra careful with the spiral staircase if you’re not very graceful like me. Drinking coffee on the swing in the morning watching the sunrise over the mountain was the highlight for me! “

„Host responded fast with any questions i had. Pools & jacuzzi was perfect. Yhere are a couple restaurants on site.. great food The lodge was close to purgatory which was nice. Only down fall was the bed wasnt as giving as i like it. It was big enough just not soft enough. But we had a blast on and off site.“

„Loved the Mountain View. Love this room. Several of the dishes were in the cabinet dirty. There was no sponge to wash them, but we did with paper towels. The plumbing had major issues right when we left, but it didn’t affect our stay. We really like this room and view.“
