„The place was exactly as described. Checkin and out was easy. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do during our stay. For families with young kids (under 4, or maybe your kids listen better than mine haha), it might not be the best place. The loft has an opening that looks over the living room, and of course the kids thought it was great to try and talk to us by leaning over. We ended up making upstairs off limits for them. „Great location. The property is just as advertised. The bar across the street was not too loud and I was there over a weekend. It isn't going to be perfectly quiet, as it is in the center of downtown. You can certainly hear the train, but it never runs too early or too late.“

„The condo was easy to find and communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick. Our stay was a 5-day layover to relax for a few days during a 3 week trip through Colorado. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning while we were there, one of the main reasons for booking, but the owner did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we were happy with the condo, the location, and the owner and would definitely consider this location again if staying in Durango.“

„Comfortable condo with a quick walk to the ski lift. Simply cut through the condos on the left side. Condo is better in person than in the pictures! Ski locker was a nice bonus to have. Well stocked kitchen. Coffee maker and filters for those that drink coffee. Beds were comfortable. The owner was super responsive. “
