Man konnte das Fenster eigenstaendig nicht oeffnen und so war es immer muffig im Zimmer, auch weil der Abzug/ ventilator an der decke im badezimmer nicht ausreichend war um ein angenehmes Raumklima zu schaffen. Der Service konnte uns zumindest ein Mal das Fenster oeffnen, wobei es auch nicht viel brachte ohne Zugluft :( Der Haartrockner war auch nicht zufrieden stellend...nur kalte Luft kam raus :/ Hoehere Preise am Wochenende zu verlangen, finde ich auch etwas seltsam. Die lokation war aber ziemlich gut und die Angestellten sind super freundlich.

Sehr zentrale Lage am Trinity College. Hotelzimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer im dritten Obergeschoss, aber kein Aufzug. Das ist für eine Familie mit drei Koffern schon anstrengend, für Rucksack-Touristen aber akzeptabel. Im anschließenden Pub kann man vernünftig essen.

If you want cleanliness stay elsewhere
Left within 15 minutes of arrival to go stay somewhere else. Shared bathrooms aren't a big deal if they aren't disgusting. Currently battling for a refund since the hotel "manager" refused to answer all phone calls about the situation and would only text the poor desk clerk who continuously reminded us he was new and had no clue how to refund us.

Sauberes Hotel mit top Lage
Die Fenster konnte man nicht richtig schließen, also hat es sehr gezogen und die Straße war sehr laut! Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm in diesem Hotel! Es gab immer genügend Handtücher und allgemein war das Hotel sehr sauber! Und der absolute Pluspunkt dieses Hotels ist die Lage! Noch keine 10 min bis zur Temple Bar und mit dem aircoach Bus, den wir vom Flughafen nahmen, konnten wir bis zum Hotel fahren! Das Frühstück für 7€ würde ich nicht empfehlen! In der Stadt gibt es bessere Angebote!

Heiss und laut
Zimmer zum Innenhof, der voll von riesigen Klimageräten steht. Klimagerät im Zimmer vorhanden - leider ohne Wirkung. Zimmer deshalb sehr heiß. Fenster nur 30 cm zu öffnen. Empfangspersonal konnte unsere Beschwerde dahingehend nicht nachvollziehen und versicherte uns, dass es noch nie Beschwerden gab und Sie sich wunderten, da es sich ja um ein sehr schönes Zimmer handeln würde. Im Bad war Schimmel. Toilettenspülung funktionierte mäßig. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Zimmer waren sauber. Für das Parkhaus haben wir trotz Nachlass vom Hotel pro Nacht 13 Euro gezahlt. Frühstück im angeschlossenen Pub/Bar war enttäuschend - schmutziges Geschirr. Kein Fahrstuhl im Hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend
Einchecken mit Reservierung aus Deutschland problemlos. Servicepersonal in Ordnung. Renovierung 2012 wird angezweifelt (defekte Sicherheitskette, fehlender Lampenschirm an der Deckenleuchte, fehlendes Geschirr für Dreibettenbelegung). Frühstücksbuffet wurde nicht nachgelegt.

Gutes Hotel für guten Preis
Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, 2 Minuten zur Grafton Street, knapp 10 Minuten zu Temple Bar. Das Zimmer war zwar zur Straße raus, aber der Straßenlärm hielt sich sehr in Grenzen. Der Nightclub im Keller hat eine Nacht ziemlich laute Musik gespielt, so dass es schwierig war einzuschlafen. Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber und ordentlich. Zimmerservice jeden Tag. Eigentlich war ein Zimmer mit eigenem privatem Bad gebucht, aber da wohl irgendwo ein Fehler aufgetreten war, mussten wir uns am Ende das Bad mit der Etage teilen! Auch war kein Haartrockner für uns verfügbar, weil man diesen an der Rezeption erfragen musste und leider schon alle verliehen waren. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und wirklich hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ist das Hotel nicht sehr modern und macht einen abgenutzten Eindruck, aber für den super Preis und die tolle Lage ist es absolut top!

Wonderful Location, Great Value, Friendly Staff
This hotel is right across the street from Trinity College, & a few blocks away from Grafton street shops. The Temple Bar area is a short walk. Bus 757 from Dublin airport has drop off & pick up locations within 2 to 3 blocks of the hotel. (Purchase the round trip ticket to save a few Euros.) J.P. Mooney’s pub serves very good food, & has a fun inviting atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable, & the staff were all exceptionally helpful & friendly. The hotel is an older building, but we had no issues, & it was very clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

The property was close to everything downtown. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. Trinity college is right across the street which is an absolute must see. It had a really fun pub attached to the hotel. The staff was so nice. It's an old hotel built, I think, in the 1800's so it lacked certain amenities like an elevator. We didn't like having to carry our bags up three flights of stairs. No parking of course because this is a major city. So we parked in the off site parking around the corner and it's not cheap. Our last night there, no hot water. Note downstairs said it would be back on at 9am but we were leaving for the airport at 4am.

The 2 windows were not sealed or closable, so not only was there a 1.5” gap allowing bus noise in, but they rattled and let the 30 degree Farenheit temps in all night. There was carpeting cut up in room and bath was down the hall shared and the toilet seat broken. they told my wife to just go to another floor to find another one. The place should be gutted and remodeled and should not be recommended on Expedia.

La cosa positiva è che l'hotel è pulito ed ha una posizione buona vicino al centro; in camera il riscaldamento non funziona, in bagno si congela. Non c'è l'ascensore e devi farti tre piani a piedi se hai la camera a l'ultimo piano.
