„Der 2 tägige Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und das Personal extrem aufmerksam.
Der Zustand unserer Zimmer war nicht ganz optimal. Es gibt kleinere Mängel die auf das Baujahr zurück zu führen sind. Leider war wir in der Nähe der Aufzüge untergebracht und das hört sich an als ob man am Flughafen übernachten muss. Bei leichtem Schlaf ist das störend. Location ist sensationell und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen und dann hoffentlich ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen.“

„The location cant be beat, its super convenient with access to the Dubai mall through the lo by of the hotel.
The nightly coat was a bit higher than expected, in the fine print theee was a high cleaning charge as this is a private residence.
I checked the cost compared to the kempinski hotel which is in the same building and it is less.
I did notice that the room was not cleaned as shoild be but it was decent.

"We stayed in Pullmann Downtown Dubai for a week and we loved it 😍 from the reception to the housekeeping everybody was very nice and always ready to help .. the food was amazing and for halfbooard you have a lot of options... happy hour was great .. seating on tje pool bar or in the Bread House you have realy nice drinks and affordable... all around the hotel and even outside so clean 😍... i swear you can walk without shoes and you still have clean feet ... our concierge Obaid was amazing during our stay .. always so kind and helpful... always asking if everything was alright and if we need it something... Dubai and Pullman Hotel are definitely places to come back.. thank you guys for everything and keep up the good work

"Anfangs waren wir unsicher weil es sehr viele schlechte Bewertungen gab. Waren 12 Nächte da 3 Personen alles war super das gesamte Personal sehr aufmerksam, freundlich sehr hilfsbereit. Das einzige problem für uns war die Verbindung daher sind wir immer mit dem Taxi gefahren,Shuttle gibt es allerdings nicht viele Optionen.
Zur soluna Beach hatten wir kostenlosen Zugang und einen Shuttle. "

El único problema que a mí me tocó una habitación que tenía olor a cigarrillo bastante, no sé si fue un error que recibí una habitación para fumadores o en si está permitido fumar en todas las habitaciones.
