Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply. Parking: There is space for 4 vehicles. Rental golf carts count as a vehicle. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home or in any outdoor areas. No Pets allowed
