We contacted the host due to power cords and remotes that were missing when we arrived and that was taken care of immediately. it was very warm in the house during our stay even with the ac set at 71,it stayed about 79/80 degrees. „This was a perfect spot. Close walk to the beach to take in the ocean, sunsets were beautiful and fun for the kids. Heated pool was an added bonus for the cooler days. Plenty of space for four families with kids ranging 14months to 13. Ice cream truck found us pretty quickly so that was a nice perk for the kids. „In total, we had twelve families stay in four separate houses in Villages of Crystal Beach for the week. Of the four houses, ours was the most up to date and modern from a decor perspective. We had three families in our house, making the three full private bathrooms a perfect fit. The downstairs bedroom is by far the loudest at night, because you can hear every footstep and creek from upstairs. If we could do it again, my wife and I would’ve taken one of the smaller bedrooms upstairs as our own. ...

„We enjoyed staying at this house. The only complaint are the beds. They were uncomfortable. One of the mattresses upstairs had plastic on it which made it hot. The owner may want to consider replacing the bed and mattress downstairs with a more updated bed. Besides that I would recommend this vacation home.“

„Very nice place to stay! Customer service was great, anytime we needed anything they were on it! Very clean area. Very reasonable prices as well! The only thing that my family didn’t like was the beds, they were very hard. We mentioned it to the staff while we were there! Other than that the stay was perfect! We will definitely be back! “
