SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

SunDestin Unit 0112 is a gorgeous two bedroom, two bathroom, ground-floor condo accommodating up to nine. Ease into this inviting, open-concept retreat featuring a calm palette, plush furnishings, and distinctive decor. Prepare snacks for the whole crew in the spacious, fully-appointed kitchen loaded with plenty of cabinet and counter space. Gather for meals at the breakfast bar with seating for three or around the dining table comfortably accommodating six. Convene in the living room on cozy furniture and, with three flat-screen TV’s in the unit, everyone can watch whatever they want wherever they want. All will appreciate the many private spaces in the unit and easy access to the beach and splash pad just steps outside your door. Abundant sleeping arrangements include a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, twin beds in the guest room, twin over double-bunk bed in the bunk room, and a king-sized bed in the master suite!

From coastal eateries and tropical cocktails to plentiful shopping and endless boating excursions, you’ll find it all at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor just five minutes away!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
