Gutes Hotel in Flughafennähe
Die Lage in Aerocity war optimal für mich. Die Zimmer sind ok. Das WLan etwas langsam, aber ging. Das ganze ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist klagen auf hohem Niveau. Unmittelbar daneben ist das Worldmark Center mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Frühstück hatte ich nicht gebucht. Der Pool war prima.

Truly awful
This place could be ok, but the staff are rude and incompetent, the room wasn’t properly cleaned and the noise was unreal both nights we stayed there. The staff at the front desk made it seem like they were doing you a huge favour by checking you in and out. Our room was ok except the bathroom had hair balls and the toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned. The worst thing was the groups of partying men, drinking, playing music and yelling between rooms. We complained 3 times and were told there was no problem. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend this to anyone.

Gutes, günstiges Geschäftshotel
In sehr guter Lage zum Internationalen Flughafen. Allerdings ist es ein Hotel von vielen welche im Moment in Aerocity aufgebaut werden. Der Service ist nicht immer ausgezeichnet, aber das Hotel ist auch noch neu.

We were transiting through Delhi and wanted a place close to the airport. Lemon Tree was perfect. It is right next door to World Mark mall with its many restaurants and food court. The room was very clean and well furnished. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional. The front desk staff were very helpful. I have nothing negative to say about my experience at this hotel. Would strongly recommend.

The room was comfortable and not cramped but not spacious. The restaurant was good. I wanted to eat a bit earlier before heading back to the airport. At 6:30, they were not set up but they had enough in place so that I did not leave hungry. Wifi in the room was good, a consistent 11 megabits and readily accessible without complex passwords etc. There was no chilled water in my room; the fridge had been just dumped in the space, not even levelled up, so it didn’t rock, and not plugged in. An engineer came fairly quickly when I called but the fridge wasn’t capable of chilling bottles of water. After some discussion about whether I should be buying chilled water from them because their fridge did not work, they delivered bottles of chilled water. For the sum guests pay to stay here, everything should be checked to see it works correctly before guests are assigned to the room. Bottom line: would I stay here again? Probably not; I think I can get better value for money elsewhere.

This is a pretty standard hotel but is way overpriced. It is comparatively more expensive than hotels in the U.K. The food is decent but also expensive with relatively small portions. The lobby is impressive but the rooms are average. The Lemon Tree is situated in a nice, clean and safe enclosed area with a few good shops and restaurants right next door. The airport is a short 10 min taxi ride which is useful.

Modern feel hotel lobby, pool and restaurants. Guest rooms seemed older but clean. Service by staff at reception desk, door and dining room was excellent. Multiple phone calls to housekeeping were futile due to staff unable to understand my English but when I called the reception desk my issue was resolved promptly, ie more water& towels. Loved the location in Aerocity. Easy walk to Worldmark and The Square shops and restaurants. Would recommend.
