"The hotel is located very close to New Delhi railway station. You need to exit towards the Paharganj side. The hotel provides good vibes with very good facilities. The reception and staff is very helpful and they try their best to cater to your requests. For instance, I didn’t take breakfast due to the lack of time, the Sardarji in the reception made sure that they pack something for me for the airport. These small gestures make a lot of difference :) The rooftop restaurant is open until 1-2 am and room service also open till then (with limited options). Overall, I definitely recommend them and I will definitely visit them during my next visit to Delhi."

"Es gibt nichts, was an meinem Aufenthalt negativ war - sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage, moderne Ausstattung, sauberes Bad und inklusives Frühstück. Auch wenn die Umgebung sehr laut ist, habe ich mich im Hotel sicher gefühlt. Auf jeden Fall würde ich es wieder buchen."

"The Lift's were broken way too many times. Card/Key just randomly stopped working. Security guard at the entry was the nicest of all of the staff members. Some Staff Members weren't able to speak the english language. So a bit difficult for international/business travelers. But there was a solution in time to every problem at least"

"Wir haben einen wunderbaren Stop in Dehli im Hotel Taj Palace verbracht. Es gibt keine Beanstandungen in Bezug auf Service und Unterkunft. Das Personal war immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und auch für europäische Gäste bietet es viel Auswahl. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Rosenblüten Vollbad, das uns nach der Anreise eine wilkommene Entspannung geboten hat. Der Pool wurde leider renoviert als wir vor Ort waren, den haben wir aber nicht vermisst, das unser Programm auf Sightseeing ausgerichtet war."

They also provide bottled water free of charge, since in general tap water is not drinkable in India. I want to leave a special thanks for Mithun, whom I ran into when leaving for check out. He took care of our room during our stay, and not only the room was spotless, but also he is pays attention to every detail to make your stay more comfortable and pleasant."

"Sehr gutes Hotel fußläufig vom C.P. entfernt. Sehr modern. Zimmer in schlichtem, aber hochwertigem Design. Frühstück und Restaurant prima. Doof finde ich, dass die Klimaanlage im Zimmer immer wieder automatisch auf 19 Grad einstellt. Das ist Energieverschwendung und eh zu kalt!"

"For us as a family of 5 it was an island to recover from bustling city of Delhi. We had 2 doubles. We were so happy about the quiet hotel area, the pool, the nice rooms and nice property. The breakfast was great with large variety. The rooms are clean. Everybody was so friendly and nice. Only Wi-Fi is below average. Overall great value for money. "
