Das Zimmer das ich gebucht hatte war mit einem Doppelbett, sowie ich es auch letztes Mal hatte. Bekommen habe ich zwei Einzelbetten. Über mir wohnte scheinbar eine Elefanten-Familie zumindest den Geräuschen nach zu urteilen. Die Klimaanlage hing runter. Der Lüfter im WC war sehr dreckig und die Geräusche von dem Teil waren krass. Der Tisch war sehr dreckig. Zimmerservice fand überhaupt nicht statt. So etwas hatte ich noch nie!!!

Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Zimmer sind nicht wirklich sauber. Nachdem wir gemerkt hatten das es am Abend kalt wurde, haben wir die Heizung angeschalten, die aber nicht funktioniert hatte. Nachdem wir an der Rezeption reklamiert haben, wurde uns gesagt das ein Monteur kommen würde der nach der Heizung schauen wird. dies ist nicht geschehen auch nicht nachdem wir ein zweites mal reklamiert hatten. Frühstück war immer das gleiche. Keinerlei Abwechslung.

Good breakfast included with scrambled eggs, potatoes and bacon. Also waffles were available besides all the features of a continental breakfast. The rooms were only cleaned on request but then it was well done. Nicely located if you have a car and a lot of tv channels were available. Good value for the money. Would definitely return.

Schönes Hotel; kürzlich (teil-)renoviert; das inbegriffene Frühstück beinhaltete erfreulicherweise auch warme Speisen; das Personal hätte freundlicher sein können, aber insgesamt ok; der Poolbereich müsste aber renoviert werden, da dieser schon in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Housekeeping only cleaned the bathroom. The bed linens were not replaced or folded. The free breakfast was adequate. Fresh waffles from the Make-Your-Own waffle maker was the best dish they had.

Stayed over night to be close to the airport for an early flight out of Dallas Lovefield airport. Room was nice, breakfast was okay, we got there late on a Tuesday night, around 930-10pm, the night time front desk person was a little rude and seemed as if he rather not deal with us or be there… He had a terrible attitude but after dealing with him and getting to our room it was great and relaxing!

This is a reasonably priced hotel on the out skirts of Dallas which is easily accessible by a short taxi ride (Uber was about $14 into Dallas and $22 return late at night). Our room was of good size, breakfast was good and parking was included. I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Dallas.

This is a basic hotel. The rooms were clean, if basic. The beds were fine for a couple of nights. Yes, there is a strip club next door. That was not an issue with wother noise or clientele. There is a lack of dining in the immediate area, so a car or using a rideshare is needed. I'm not sure why people ding the hotel for other businesses not operating closer though. The complimentary breakfast was not fancy, but was fine, and the staff kept the food supplied. For the price it was a solid place to stay, and is a fine budget hotel.

It was worth the $91 dollars I paid. It was a nice room and a nice looking hotel. Upon checking in, the check in desk wasn't easy to find. No one greeted me which would have made a big difference.

The room was very clean and spacious!!! They were constantly cleaning the common areas, pool and spa was nice the gym needed a little work on piece of equipment was broken but got a workout with the free weights. Breakfast was good

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The service was poor and unresponsive, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the rooms have carpeted floors that smelled strongly of dust, triggering my allergies significantly. I would not recommend this hotel to those who expect a pleasant stay or have sensitivity to dust and allergens.

We were double charged for our stay. Still waiting on that to be cleared. No room maid service. Stayed 3 nights. We were bever brought clean towels or clean cuos and coffee refills with put going to front desk ourselves. Front fesk couldnt find coffee for our room the first night
