Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Frisco for a work conference, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the parking lot was poorly lit, making it feel unsafe and uninviting. Once inside, I encountered several issues that compounded my disappointment. The hallways, elevators and carpeting were dirty, giving the impression that cleanliness is not a priority here. There was a lingering mildew smell throughout the building, which was quite off-putting.
One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the lack of hot water in the shower. It was impossible to enjoy even a basic shower, which is unacceptable in any hotel. Additionally, the breakfast served was gross and unappetizing, offering little more than hard bread, watered down coffee, and disappointment to start the day.
As for the bedding, I noticed questionable stains that made me feel uneasy about my stay. This, combined with the overall state of disrepair, made it clear that the hotel is in dire need of renovation and a thorough sprucing up.
I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to others based on my experience. For a few more dollars per night, are plenty of other options in the area that provide a much more welcoming and clean environment.
