Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service und Ausstattung
My room was dirty. There were pubic hairs on the bathroom sink and toilet. Like someone used a dirty rag to clean them. There was NO ICE machine anywhere in the hotel. I was told there were ice cube trays in the freezer in the room. There were none, I had to go buy some. Cockroaches were everywhere. I went and bought my own spray. This hotel specifically advertises a hot breakfast. When I asked where breakfast was, the man told me that was it. A few pieces of bread were on a table, and there was no coffee, NOTHING. They made no offer of explaining to me why there was nothing at this hotel that was advertised. I was very dissappointed in the managerial staff. I will not book another room at this facility.
The hotel needs new management and they need to take off their brochures and advertisements, the things that are not really available to us. Do not book reservations at this hotel! Horrible, Horrible staff. They did not try to compensate me for anything. Just a lot of excuses.
