Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Mehrere Pools zur Auswahl, super aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. 10 Min zu den MarpleMountains zu Fuß. Hotelshuttle nach Hoi An. Essen im Hotel ist Ok - in der Umgebung gibt es keine echten Alternativen. Für uns waren es ein paar Tage Erhohlung pur am Ende eines Trips quer durchs Land.

Overall good, some service might improve
The hotel is large and quite new (perhaps max 7 years old) I had a relatively large room (401) in the main building. Loud Chinese guests disturbed the nice sleep. When windy the doors from the fire exit are slamming. Service staff at the morning buffet (not that many guests) is not that quick... often the tea came when almost fished the breakfast (sometimes had to ask three times) and for the warm milk the same game... luckily there is cold milk next to the juices. Nice breakfast buffet, Local food, Korean, little Japanese, British and continental :-) nice fruits too. Friendly staff, especially at the pool - over all it was a great stay. Close by ahold courses, can recommend Bana Hills. Nice and clean massage outside of the complex (not that official one by the hotel) I can recommend Evana Spa, just go out of the resort and go right and take the first right again in direction of the sea. Then roughly 200m on the right.

Just got back to Los Angeles from 9 nights at this beautiful hotel. I can't say enough about it and its staff. Everybody is extremely helpful and friendly. Absolutely wonderful. From the pickup at the airport, to check-in, to my wonderful room and the beautiful pool and ocean access. Nhi & Uyên....always checking on my comfort and stay. Very attentive and professional. Thank you. Housekeeping staying on top of my room needs was great. Really enjoyed their surprise snacks, sweets, and fruit plates. Mr. Hung, the director of food and beverage, and his entire staff of people working the bars and restaurants, were extremely kind and genuinely concerned about my overall satisfaction. Special thank you to everybody who was so kind...... My, working at Elyxr Bar. Great margaritas and always a beautiful smile on her face! The staff at the Gaia pool bar.....Viet, Chi, Khang, Nam, Bao...... everyone. And of course, Hong. Everybody kind, professional, and happy to help. The staff working Cape Nao & Sasa restaurants......great food and service. And Mr. Francisco, general manager.....muchas gracias! This was my second stay at this hotel. I can't wait to go back a third time.

While it looks like some parts of the facility are still under construction, with the nearby area still severely underdeveloped, the resort itself was immaculate with two beautiful pools and the perfect beach setting with unlimited access to sports equipments and a great gym. We had fun playing basketball, soccer and volleyball by the beach and enjoyed a delicious hamburger by the poolside (wish they had more Vietnamese food options such as a Banh Mi or Pho like they had plentifully at the breakfast buffet.) There are many newly developing resorts nearby but would still love to visit Melia again.

The staff were very lovely. If you are a family, you need a Level room. They are very good. The beach is beautiful and the breakfast was very good. It’s an easy distance from the airport and the Marble Mountain is easy walking distance which was a really great way to spend a morning.

It's a great place to rest and recharge. Breakfast buffet options were plentiful and fresh. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The beach was clean but cannot be used because of high waves.

I really must say, after all the resorts i have visited, the entire staff from front desk, to room cleaners, bar tenders, roaming staff, and especially the dining room staff, are all simply amazing. You can feel their sincerity in their voices when you are being helped. There is nothing fake about this property employees. "Good" people in general, will feel the experience in their hearts when they relax and just take it all in. Bless these people when they have to deal with rude, self centered, and people who think they are always entitled. They speak their language, if it is difficult for you to deal with and or understand, go somewhere else. Best resort by far that I have had the pleasure to stay at.

Some of the staff members were super helpful, polite and kind. Especially I would like to say thank to Ms Hang, Ms Jasmine and Mr Tan. These staff members made our stay more special. The infinite pool is so beautiful and the beach has the most peaceful view I ever had. Every afternoon, we used the pool and it was the perfect way to finish up each day. We stayed 6 nights and every day the breakfast was full of variety selection. One thing I suggest to change is let the Grab drivers drop the delivery to the reception area especially when the weather is so bad.

少し街からは遠いですが、ここを選んで本当に正解でした。9月中旬に利用しましたが、オフシーズンなのか人も多くなくプールも非常に空いていて綺麗で気持ちよかったです。レベルルームの宿泊で無料で利用できるアフタヌーンティー(アルコールも飲める)もよかったし、レベルルーム宿泊者専用プールもほぼ貸切。専用も含めてプールは5つあり、どれも大きめで空いてました。メインプールにはバーもあり、そこでドリンクやフードを頼むこともできます。プライベートビーチも使いやすく、無料で使えるベッドとパラソル、タオルがあるのも最高。また泊まりたいです。リゾートでゆっくり過ごしたい方には本当におすすめです。

海やビーチを堪能できる素敵なリゾートホテルでした。 プールサイドにあるビーチタオルは大きさも質も使いやすいもので、ビーチチェアも台数が多いので必ず空きがありました。 9月半ばという時期もあるかもしれませんが、どの時間帯に行ってもプールや海が混んでいることはなく穏やかに過ごすことができました。 個人的な体調の影響もありますが、ホテルのお部屋にいると咳が止まらなくなってしまうことがあったためその点が残念でした。 お部屋自体はベッドも寝心地が良く寝具も肌触りの良いものでした。大きなソファは海水浴後の午睡にとても重宝しました。 シャワーの水圧も十分でバスルームも綺麗でした。しかし、シャワールームのドアが外開きなのでシャワー後にドアを開けるとバスマットが引きずられてしまう使用になっており、バスマットの位置を工夫しなければいけないことが難点でした。設計上改善は難しいかもしれません。 モーニングのブュッフェは品数がとても多く、様々な国の料理があるのも魅力的でした。サラダも新鮮で野菜料理も多く嬉しかったです。スイカやパイナップルをしぼった果汁が毎日置いてあり、甘味を加えていないフレッシュジュースをいただけたのも嬉しかったです。 ブュッフェのスタッフさんたちはいつもにこやかに対応してくださり、話しかけてくださいました。 広い敷地内で多くのスタッフさんがいらっしゃいますが、みなさん必ず笑顔で挨拶してくださり気持ちよく滞在することができました。 ホイアンにも近く、五行山もあるので観光と静かなステイを両立できるホテルだと思います。

However, the reception staff are terrible at solving problems, they do not contribute to helping guests, there is no communication between them, management does not care about guest problems. We booked the Level Villa, Premium Room. It was one of the worst resort hotels we had ever been to. The entrance door was rusted, and the room was dirty and old. The tv didn’t work, room carpet was extremely dirty. The hair dryer was rusted and didn’t work. The bathtub has bugs in it. The bathroom handle was sticky and sprayed everywhere. The service is very unprofessional, I asked if I can change to another room but was completely ignored because they were busy with phone calls coming in. We didn’t mind downgrading to another room since our booking is nonrefundable. But no offer was made, I’m extremely disappointed.
