Die Cabins (wir hatten Northern Territory) liegen verstreut auf dem Gelände mit genügend Abstand zueinander, sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet, sogar mit einer kleinen Terrasse, innen mit Whirlpool und Kamin. Das Areal ist riesig und variiert zwischen gepflegten Gärten und bewusst ursprünglich gelassenen Wiesen und Sträuchern, von Zeit zu Zeit gibt es kleine Rastplätze, z.B. „Interesting experience. There is no on-site staff, but the building is in excellent (restored) condition. You let yourself in with the door code and then you’re on your own. The on-site restaurant is not operating, so we drove a couple miles for dinner. We made breakfast from what was on site. Thankfully there was no noise from the railroad outside. We’ll be back.“

The Secret Room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the attached bathroom had plenty of counter space. There is a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. „Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, arrogant und nicht hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind heruntergekommen, dunkel, dreckig und stinken! Frühstück bedeutet im Rezeptionsbereich (4qm) Kaffee, Orangensaft und plastikverpackte Süßspeisen. Das Hotel ist eine Frechheit, lieber 10 Euro mehr ausgeben und in ein anderes Hotel. “
